Burgers are great, but online ordering and soda price need work
I've had burgers at this place numerous times over the past two years. Today, the patty tasted really foul; I initially thought they accidentally added blue cheese. The staff are nice, and the burger itself is amazing.
However, the online order system is problematic. It lets you select a pick-up time, but this is actually the time they receive the order, not when it's ready. They need to change this system, especially for people working around the area with limited lunch breaks.
Additionally, bottled soda is $5, which is super expensive.

Awesome Breakfast Burrito Spot!
Located inside the Columbia tower, this is a convenient spot for breakfast and lunch. My colleagues stop by regularly for lunch, but I want to talk about BREAKFAST. YES.
My Cali burrito was gone in minutes, and I personally think it's one of the best burritos around. Conveniently open at 7 am, this is an awesome spot for those who get in early. They have all sorts of breakfast options: sandwiches, pancakes, Hawaiian, etc.

Dangerous food, disrespectful service

Fortunately, I did not swallow it. When I returned to the counter, the shorter staff member tried to dismiss my concern, claiming it was eggshell. This was clearly not the case; the object was blueish in hue, shaped like a marker, and had sharp surfaces, unlike any eggshell.
While they refunded the burrito, they did not refund my drink. Although I am not confrontational, I felt the staff member was disrespectful and served something dangerous in my food. I intend to share this review widely.
