Twice Burger - Reviews

I've had burgers at this place numerous times over the past two years. Today, the patty tasted really foul; I initially thought they accidentally added blue cheese. The staff are nice, and the burger itself is amazing. However, the online order system is problematic. It lets you select a pick-up time, but this is actually the time they receive the order, not when it's ready. They need to change this system, especially for people working around the area with limited lunch breaks. Additionally, bottled soda is $5, which is super expensive.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's a great burger spot to fill up. The workers were cool, and the food was hot and tasty. They also offer good prices, making it a place with good value and good food, which is hard to find these days. I believe this is a good spot to support.

I've given this place the benefit of the doubt in the past, but this is the second or third time I’ve eaten here and gotten sick the next day. Something must be done about the food quality. While the atmosphere was rated a 4 and the wait time was acceptable at 10-30 minutes, the recurring issue of falling ill after a meal is a significant concern. The food itself received a low score of 2, reflecting this ongoing problem.

Located inside the Columbia tower, this is a convenient spot for breakfast and lunch. My colleagues stop by regularly for lunch, but I want to talk about BREAKFAST. YES. My Cali burrito was gone in minutes, and I personally think it's one of the best burritos around. Conveniently open at 7 am, this is an awesome spot for those who get in early. They have all sorts of breakfast options: sandwiches, pancakes, Hawaiian, etc. Highly recommend!

I am rewriting a review I posted elsewhere. My experience involved being served a burrito containing a chunk of glass or thick plastic. I bit down on it once and it was sharp enough that I could have broken a tooth. Fortunately, I did not swallow it. When I returned to the counter, the shorter staff member tried to dismiss my concern, claiming it was eggshell. This was clearly not the case; the object was blueish in hue, shaped like a marker, and had sharp surfaces, unlike any eggshell. While they refunded the burrito, they did not refund my drink. Although I am not confrontational, I felt the staff member was disrespectful and served something dangerous in my food. I intend to share this review widely. I strongly advise against eating here.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The staff is great, and the food used to be tasty, hot, and fast. However, my recent visit left me disappointed. I ordered through the app, and while I always add a tip, I was surprised that it was auto-added and not obvious. The main reason for my dissatisfaction is the drastic reduction in burger size. The burger is now literally half the size it used to be, making it feel like a kids burger. This significant change in portion size is a major rip-off, leading me to delete the app and decide not to return.

I’ve easily spent hundreds of dollars, maybe near a thousand dollars at this point, here. The breakfast burritos are always top quality. Super fairly priced! Never a long wait. You can order ahead without any mark up. The burgers are also REALLY good. If you like chicken strips, you can get a basket of those WITH fries for like 11-12 bucks. I’ve been working in downtown for 2 years and this place is by far the best bang for your buck, with really great food and friendly staff. I literally cannot recommend it more. If you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing out.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While I usually enjoy it, they seem unable to accommodate certain requests that could actually save them money on ingredients. The service felt definitely rushed, and the food was not appetizing. It was a sad time.

I particularly enjoyed the fresh burrito, which offered a great selection of different condiments available on the counter.
