My experience at Salt Harvest, located within the beautiful Populous Hotel in Seattle, was an absolute delight from start to finish. The food was outstanding—rich in flavor and beautifully prepared. I particularly enjoyed the ribeye steak with the onion ring tower, which was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and absolutely delicious.
The King Salmon with Harvest Grits was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Truly amazing. The oysters on the half shell were a standout as well—fresh, local oysters sourced right here in Seattle, adding an authentic Pacific Northwest touch to the experience.
The drink menu deserves special mention, with a wine selection highlighting local Seattle wines and excellent sparkling options, making it easy to find the perfect pairing.
