Excellent Chicken Sandwich & Ramen
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I enjoyed an excellent chicken sandwich and a delicious, handmade noodle ramen. The restaurant also boasts a large selection of draft and canned beers. The atmosphere was quiet, making it easy to talk. The meal was for lunch, and the price per person was between $10–20. Parking was not an issue with a free parking lot offering plenty of parking.

Pidgin Cooperative: A Delightful Dining Experience
My experience at Pidgin Cooperative was truly memorable. This restaurant strikes an impressive balance, offering a menu that is both elegant and sophisticated enough for a date night, yet also accessible and fun for a casual family dinner. The beautifully decorated space, situated by the glistening docks of the fishermen’s terminal, made the journey from my south end neighborhood entirely worthwhile. Every detail in the space feels thoughtfully constructed. I highly recommend exploring their extensive bottle shop for a unique wine selection, as there are many interesting options to choose from. It's evident that a great deal of love has gone into this effort, from the food and decor to the vibrant team of hardworking co-owners, all contributing to an unforgettable experience.

Tasty Food, Needs Atmosphere Improvement
Importantly, the food is tasty and a much-needed addition to the Terminal. After three lunches, I’ve noticed the space is either too smoky from the kitchen or absolutely freezing cold (everyone is bundled in jackets). Seattle is damp and cold, so make the space warm and cozy! I hope owners can turn their attention to the customer experience now that the food is hitting the mark.

Pidgin Co-op: A Delicious Dinner Experience
My experience at Pidgin Co-op was fantastic, especially for dinner! I ordered the vegetarian ramen and it was perfect. Every ingredient was thoughtful & fresh, the flavors were deep and balanced, and the presentation was beautiful! We really enjoyed our dinner, and the experience overall. Thank you Pidgin co-op for an amazing dinner, and to Erica for the awesome bar-top service! I would also strongly recommend the fried chicken sandwich and the salad from their lunch menu (my usual go-tos!). Will definitely be coming back!

Exceptional New Seattle Restaurant!
My experience at this restaurant was truly outstanding. I tried four dishes, and each one was a 10/10 flavor. The salmon appetizer was mind-blowing, the mac salad was uniquely delicious, and the charred cabbage melted in my mouth. The ramen special was incredibly flavorful and fresh. The service was amazing and friendly, and the vibe was so fun. It's definitely one of the best new restaurants I've tried in Seattle this year.
