Chicken tasted like instant ramen
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the atmosphere was great, with a rating of 5, and the service was also good, rated at 4, the food was disappointing. The chicken was seasoned in a way that made it taste like the packets of cheap instant chicken flavored ramen noodles. This aspect of the food received a rating of 3.

Great Food, Frustrating Ordering System
I love Mt Joy and their food, but their service and ordering system have been messed up for months. They got rid of their app and their rewards/game system. Today, I ordered pickup on UberEats, and they said they weren’t receiving any online orders. They also stated they couldn’t give me a refund and I had to request it through the UberEats app. I then had to reorder my food, wait for it to be ready, and pay for it again. The food is still great, but it seems like they don’t actually want you to be able to order it.

Best Chicken Sandwich Ever!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, starting with what I can confidently say is Seattle's best chicken sandwich, hands down. The delicious, ethically sourced meat was a standout. I was also incredibly impressed with the genuinely wonderful customer service. JJ, in particular, went above and beyond to make my first visit feel like a VIP moment. I was initially nervous about the spicy version being too intense for my palate, but JJ assured me it would be flavorful, not fatal, and she was absolutely right! It hit the perfect sweet spot.
