Terrible Birthday Dinner Experience
My friend and I visited La Herradura for her birthday, and the experience was terrible. We encountered only one server who was clearly overwhelmed and appeared irritated. Despite trying to ask questions about the menu in both English and Spanish, she offered no answers and continually shrugged. We were disappointed to find no complimentary chips and salsa. The appetizer we ordered, a tiny cup of guac and bean dip with chips, arrived with the dinner. The chips were mostly broken and stale, and the guac lacked taste and any identifiable spice. One of the main dishes was incorrect and returned, only to be brought back cold with unmelted cheese, tasting as if it were made weeks ago. My friend's dish was obscured by a pile of brown, ripped iceberg lettuce. To add to the issues, our drinks arrived 30 minutes after the meal and appetizers. We spent $60 on food we couldn't eat. As we were leaving, we witnessed an employee carrying a large tray of uncovered food through the pouring rain into the restaurant. This was disgusting. We will not be returning and advise others not to waste their money.

Terrible Service and Dirty Food
My experience at this restaurant was very poor. The service was inattentive; they didn't pay attention to us, and I never received a glass for water. I ordered a soda, and it was never brought to the table. The food was also very dirty; I found a hair in my meal. The overall attention from the staff was very bad. I would advise others not to come here. Save your money and go somewhere else. 🚨🚨🚨

My experience at the restaurant was very bad. I ordered a pineapple drink that never arrived. I also ordered a ranchero steak, but my tortillas were never brought, nor were glasses for water. The service was very poor.
