No Bathroom? Unacceptable and Concerning
My experience at this restaurant was quite concerning. To my surprise, the restaurant does not have a bathroom for customers. I've never encountered this before and questioned if it's even legal in Washington or King County. This lack of a basic amenity is horrible. Adding to my unease, I immediately had to rush to the bathroom after eating, which is definitely not a good sign. It makes me wonder if this is why they lack a bathroom – perhaps the food causes rapid digestive issues.

Excellent Service and Accurate Orders
My experience at this restaurant has consistently been positive, with great service and accurate orders every time. I often pick up lunch from this location. Today, during rush hour, I arrived at 1: 30 PM for a 2: 00 PM order, and my pickup wasn't ready. However, the team members noticed I was waiting and prioritized my pickup without being asked. It was very nice, thank you!

Menu Changes Ruin Favorite Restaurant
My experience at this restaurant has significantly declined due to recent menu changes. Initially, they removed one of their best salads, which was a disappointment, though I could still recreate it myself. The most significant change was the removal of bacon, replaced by vegan chorizo crumbles. This change, along with others, has led me to stop visiting. 📸
