I was here for the Cursillo National meeting and my experience was quite disappointing. The food was terrible, seeming to be all frozen and thawed out. The establishment was clearly understaffed; for 500 attendees, the food manager only set up one coffee station, which resulted in a two-hour wait and no coffee.
I believe the food manager should be fired.
