Delicious Dinner and Great Service
My experience at the restaurant was just what I needed before heading out for my Friday night show. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was the right amount and delicious. After the show, I returned to visit the bar before heading up to my room.

Delicious Cheeseburger and Great Drinks!
I was excited they changed the channel so I could watch the WNBA finals. It's great that this place puts on women's sports, as many places won't. The cheeseburger was delicious, and both my drinks were great. The atmosphere was a 5/5, and the food was a 4/5.

Dirty Cups, Bland Food, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The water cups were noticeably dirty, which immediately set a negative tone. While the food was fine and reasonably portioned, it lacked any standout flavor or presentation. The biggest letdowns were the atmosphere and service. The staff seemed disengaged, and the overall vibe was not welcoming or enjoyable. Considering the price point of $20–30 per person, I expected much better attention to detail in terms of both cleanliness and hospitality.

Disappointing Service and Incorrect Food Order
My experience at this restaurant was largely disappointing due to outrageously slow service. Despite only three tables being occupied, we waited 40 minutes for our food. Neither staff member seemed to have any hustle or care about the patrons. The food itself was just okay; my order was made incorrectly and had to be remade. There were no service checks, and our bills were brought to the table while two of us were still actively eating. It was unclear which of the two servers was assigned to our table, as neither seemed eager to take it. Additionally, another table's mess remained for about 15 minutes. Settling the bills took another 20-25 minutes, which was ironic given they were dropped while we were still eating. Overall, it was a very disappointing and lacklustre experience.

Wonderful Breakfast Experience with Exceptional Service
Our search for breakfast in Seattle led us to an unexpectedly wonderful experience at Redtrees. After a rude dismissal from a nearby cafe, the warm welcome we received here was a breath of fresh air. We didn't realize it was in a hotel until we arrived, but the staff was welcoming regardless of our attire. Our server, Titi, was the highlight of our visit. She greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and happily seated us at a comfortable couch table. Throughout our meal, her service was attentive, joyful, and simply above and beyond anything I've experienced, even in high-end restaurants. The food was also fantastic and served with surprising speed. Redtrees, and especially Titi, turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight of our trip.
