Wonderful Sushi - Reviews

I ordered for takeout, and upon arriving to pick up my order, the person was still preparing it. They weren't wearing gloves, which I found to be a bit gross. When I got home, I discovered that none of the rolls I ordered were made correctly. I received the same roll for the entire order, plus one different roll. I was very disappointed. I paid $90 for nothing, and the food didn't taste good.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! We tried the Takataka roll and the Yoga fire, which were both delicious. In fact, everything we sampled was so good and fresh. The service was wonderful, and the sushi was top-notch. You won't be disappointed.

This used to be a fantastic place, one of the best sushi in San Diego. Then, after the owner sold it, it got progressively worse and worse to the point when I decided not to go there anymore. The wait is very long, and you often get rotten avocado or spoiled cucumber salad in your poke bowl. Don’t recommend.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The sushi tasted old and the salmon was warm, which is not ideal for sushi. I ordered three different rolls but ended up leaving over half of them uneaten. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

My experience at this local spot was fantastic. The staff was great, and the food was served quickly and was absolutely tasty. They also offer good happy hour specials, and even outside of happy hour, the prices aren't bank-breaking. Honestly, they should charge more.

My experience at the restaurant was centered around their sashimi B (4x3) plate. This plate featured a selection of albacore, salmon, yellowtail, and tuna. I was thoroughly impressed with the exquisite texture and fresh flavor of all the slices. I definitely recommend it.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. I visited around 2/3 pm on a weekday and had the outdoor area all to myself. The service was fabulous, quick, and welcoming. They made me feel like family, inviting me to relax on the patio and enjoy the weather. I was stuffed after just one roll, and the food was delicious.

My experience at this laid-back neighborhood sushi place was very positive. The pricing is very reasonable. We enjoyed bentos for lunch, specifically the sesame chicken and grilled mackerel. The panko breaded sesame chicken bites were utterly free of grease, crunchy and delicious. The mackerel was perfectly grilled and tasted very fresh. While the miso soup was excellent, I did notice the bowls are looking a little worn and might need replacing.
