Disappointing Experience, Save Your Money
LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. This place is garbage, I don't know how it's still in business. I gave this place another try, and once again, it's a disappointment. The wings have absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The buffalo fries were super MID and soggy. They only include 1 ranch for my $40 order and charge you for extra ranch. On top of that, the bread sticks were not good; they tasted like the proofer hasn't been cleaned in a LONG LONG TIME. The soda machine had no ice and only a few flavor options available. And on top of all this, I ordered at 7: 06 and didn't get my food until 7: 30, and there were no customers even there; it was dead. Will never come back here; you couldn't pay me.

Messed up orders and forgotten items
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. They messed up 2 orders in a row. The food arrived as if it came from the dishwasher, and they forgot the ranch. It seems the cooks don't care.

Security Guard Yelled at Me
Unfortunately, I wasn't even able to try the restaurant. After parking, I needed to take a quick 5-minute call to see if my coworker wanted me to order something for them too. I was immediately berated by a security guard who said I couldn't take a 5-minute call after parking because I was impeding businesses, even though there were plenty of spots. He continued yelling at me to leave as I was getting back in my car.

Disgusted by Service and Hygiene
I visited tonight with my 16-year-old son, who usually orders our fries. This time, the girl at the counter mixed up our order with two young men. They took our order, ate from it, and then realized it was the wrong order! The worker at this place tried to give my son the eaten plate! It was disgusting! He asked for a new one to be made, but she insisted it was a new plate, which it clearly wasn't. We are frequent customers and like their fries. I went inside to explain that it was my son's order and requested a new one, stating it was unsanitary and gross. Instead of using customer service and manners, this employee started arguing with me, telling me to sit down and that she would call the manager. I couldn't believe this was real. They have lost a frequent customer. I will never go back; this place hires anybody.

Disappointing Food Experience
My experience at the restaurant was largely disappointing, primarily due to the food quality. The soda syrup to carbonation ratio was way off. The strips felt like glued together grit, and the garlic parmesan had no flavor. Even the in-bone wings, despite coming with two kinds of sauce, were bland. The fries also lacked any seasoning. Overall, I was 100% disappointed with the meal.
