My experience at this restaurant was very poor. It took half an hour to get our food. When we inquired about the order, the lady at the serving window was rude. To top it off, the fries were served cold.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The food was consistently overcooked. Additionally, the staff seemed too preoccupied with their own conversations to provide decent service. It felt like a scene from "Waiting, " but not in a good way.

I visited The Wing Dome in the Armory on November 23, 2025, with my grandson, and unfortunately, we both became ill. He experienced vomiting, and I had severe intestinal disturbances. I have filed a complaint with King County Health and am seeking a refund. Even without the illness, I would never eat here or recommend it. The burgers were overcooked and unseasoned, and the shredded lettuce was limp. The fries were not salted and bland. The service was just 'meh' – neither good nor bad, simply blah. The vibe was also unremarkable. I regret not going to Skillet instead.

I waited 30 minutes for my order, and it was frustrating to see multiple people who arrived after me receive their food well ahead of me. There was no apology offered for the delay. This seemed to be par for the course for this location. Due to the poor service and excessive wait time, I do not recommend this restaurant.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. We stood at the sign that clearly stated 'place ice cream order here, ' but no one bothered to assist us. Instead, they prioritized serving customers who were buying alcohol. The customer service was terrible. It's disheartening when a business acts as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to spend your money there. Even a staff member bringing food to tables noticed us but didn't care. I hope they continue to lose money.

While the line can be long, especially on weekends with events, there's a helpful tip: online ordering is available, which is great if you want to skip the wait. The service was fast and the customer service was great. I tried the Philly cheese steak, which was a pleasant surprise at a wings place, and it was pretty good.

I ordered the Batchmade burgers, Cisco fries, and chicken strips, including a Nashville hot option. I questioned the use of Lawry's for Nashville hot seasoning, and unfortunately, my concerns were validated. The food was absolutely terrible for the price.
