My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. The meat was of high quality, and there was plenty of it. The atmosphere was also excellent, rated a 5 out of 5, and it was quiet, making conversation easy. While the food and atmosphere were top-notch, I did notice the absence of a duck sandwich, which I've enjoyed elsewhere. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I am amazed there are not more reviews for this place. It is fantastic and consistently has long lunch lines. I usually have the Bun Thit Nuong (Pork Shoulder Noodle Bowl). The service is friendly and they do their best to keep things moving despite the lines. It is worth the wait. Very delicious, fresh and consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

My experience at this restaurant was centered around their grilled pork banh mi, which was absolutely massive! The flavors were on point, and I appreciated the inclusion of radish, carrots, and cucumber. While it gets quite busy during lunch, I'd definitely return for another one.

My experience at the restaurant was very positive. I ordered the lemongrass pork vermicelli and was extremely pleased with the dish. The fresh ingredients and generous portion size justified the price. I ate at the corporate building next door, which has a few tables and chairs. I definitely recommend this place, but be aware that they ran out of banh mi and other plates about 45 minutes before closing.

My experience was marked by incredibly kind service. While there was a bit of a wait, which is understandable for such a popular spot, it's takeaway only. The sandwich itself wasn't very well constructed; it would have been better with a paper wrap to hold it together. However, it was pretty good overall.

My experience at this restaurant was an unexpectedly amazing meal. We visited with a large group, which allowed us to try a wide variety of appetizers and main dishes. Everything we tasted was delicious. The staff was extraordinarily congenial, and the flavors were very authentic!

As a loyal customer for the past two years, I can confidently say that Tin's is everyone's favorite for our monthly office catering. It offers the best Vietnamese food I've had in the Bay Area, hands down. Hung and his team provide amazing food with tons of flavor. The Bun Noodle bowls are a must-try, with incredible flavor in every bite. I also highly recommend the Banh Mi for its unique size and delicious flavor.

This is possibly some of the best food I have ever eaten in San Francisco County. I'm not from the Bay Area originally and I told myself I would try some Vietnamese food here as everyone in SFO boasts it. In Dallas, where I came from, the Thai/Vietnamese food was all the same texture and flavor. The Banh Mi sandwiches in Dallas were adequate at best, but Tìn nailed it. Holy cow, it was HUGEEEE and also easy to devour at the same time. I have to give it to them hands down. I ordered the lemongrass pork banh mi and the line is long but it goes by very quickly. It's a family-owned hole in the wall joint in two locations, and the food was cooked very well and tender. I wish I could have taken a picture, but I ate it so fast and the portions were generous. I haven't had anything Vietnamese that wholesome in possibly 2 years. I encourage all travelers to stop here on Kearny St if you are in the Bay Area. Flood the doors.
