Fantastic First Hot Pot Experience!
This was my very first Hot Pot experience, and it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process. The broths were delicious, and the items we cooked were of top quality. The service was excellent, and I absolutely can't wait to go back and experience this again.

Exceptional Staff and Great Food
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was great, and the prices were superb. However, the easily the best part was the incredibly friendly and considerate staff, who were exceptionally accommodating. The service and food were rated a perfect 5, and the atmosphere was also rated a 5.

Amazing Hot Pot Experience!
We've always wanted to try a Hot Pot, and my wife stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We ate there today and were truly not disappointed. The food was mega lecker (mega delicious), and the service was super friendly. It's an all-you-can-eat Hot Pot, and ordering is done via mobile phones. Each guest must scan the QR code attached to a sign on the table and log in. On the page that opens, you order the soup you want and the first round of meat and other ingredients. You can reorder a bowl or multiple bowls of meat or similar every 5 minutes. There's a buffet set up for sauces, vegetables, and seafood. The cost per person was $25. 99. An absolute recommendation! It was an experience 🤩 @BergersFA (YouTube)

Exceptional Service and Great Food!
Our experience was made by our incredible server, Air! He was attentive, kind, and friendly! He was always checking in with us when needed, and even brought us a white paper towel when we stained our clothes! The meat quality was pretty good and the selection of vegetables was perfect! The ambience was really nice and the decor was on point! Overall, we will definitely come back, especially for the personable service :) thank you Air!

The Pots: A Clear Winner for Hot Pot
My experience at The Pots was fantastic. While there are many hot pot places around, The Pots stands out as the clear winner for us due to its incredible quality of food, excellent service, and great value. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in K-town with its cozy vibes. Everything was immaculate, and the waits, though worth it, were up to 10 minutes.

Excellent Hot Pot Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I loved their selection of condiments, especially the meticulously prepared garlic and green onions. Nothing felt sloppy. They even offer numbing mala sauce, which was a great addition. The meat selection was of high quality, thinly sliced with good marbling. As an appetizer, I enjoyed the spicy sliced pig ears. The option for split pots at the table was very convenient. The servers were quick to remove used dishes and were very courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our all-you-can-eat experience at Sunset Hot Pot!

All-You-Can-Eat Promises, But Beware Penalties
This restaurant advertises an "all you can eat" experience, but be warned. If they perceive you're costing them money, the manager may approach you with threats of penalties for leaving food. Additionally, ordering meat is consistently met with delays; they'll tell you "it is on the way" if you push the servers. Lol. Good luck. Kid-friendliness: Zero Price per person: $30–50 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Service: 1 Parking: You have to find street parking, but San Francisco is not a city where you can find a proper parking lot. Noise level: Loud, but you can still talk Parking options: Parking is unavailable Wait time: 30-60 min Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Atmosphere: 1 Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are positioned really tight. Not accessible Parking space: Difficult to find parking Meal type: Dinner Food: 3

Best Vegetarian Hot Pot!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for vegetarians. The homemade noodles were incredibly good, and I particularly loved the tomato potato pumpkin broth, which is only available at dinner. While the lunch options are also good and cheaper, the dinner broth is a must-try. I always take advantage of the cash discount. Be sure to arrive at opening or make a reservation on weekends, as they get packed quickly.

Great Hot Pots, Watch Your Waste!
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their great individual hot pots where I could choose my own ingredients. The tables were nice, though they had a tight fit. I was surprised by the larger than expected portion sizes, but I absolutely loved the price! A key point to remember is to be careful not to waste food, as there's a $30 charge for being wasteful. It's important to ensure your eyes aren’t bigger than your stomach.
