Incredible Sandwiches, Worth a Trip!
As someone who travels a lot and is quite particular about food, I was in shock when I tried these sandwiches! The bread was crispy, and there was an incredible amount of filling – simply top-notch! For sandwiches like these, I'm willing to return to SF. The only downside is the lack of seating space.

Loaded Sandwich with a Spicy Kick!
My experience at the restaurant was centered around their incredibly loaded and well-balanced sandwich. The combination of meat, sauce, and veggies was spot on. However, I'd advise those sensitive to spice, like myself, to ask to leave out the peppers 🥲.

Mixed Feelings on Sandwiches
My experience at this sandwich shop was a bit of a mixed bag. While the Service and Atmosphere were excellent, scoring a 5 out of 5, the food had its ups and downs. I ordered the Sanfranpycho and the Sandlot, one on Dutch crunch and the other on sourdough. The Sanfranpycho was truly amazing, with delicious layers that made for a very solid sandwich. However, the Sandlot was a letdown. It had sparse chicken, paper-thin meat, and barely any protein at all, feeling more like a collection of toppings. Despite the overall sandwich being hot and fresh, the lack of protein in the Sandlot makes me hesitant to return.

Overpriced and Rude Service
My experience was disappointing. The sandwiches were fine, but the staff were unnecessarily rude about their unconventional ordering system. The food is mid and overpriced. I've been to a hundred NY delis better than what they offer. Get over yourselves, you hawk sandwiches out of a hole in the wall. 💫

Amazing Pastrami on Dutch Crunch!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially if you love a great sandwich. I highly recommend trying the pastrami on Dutch crunch bread. The pastrami itself was super tasty and tender, and the Dutch crunch bread provided the perfect crunch. It's a simple yet amazing combination that I truly enjoyed!

Disappointing Bodega Cosplay
Coming from the East Coast, this place feels like a NYC bodega cosplaying for rich people. The sandwiches are MID and expensive, with a chicken bacon ranch sandwich costing over $17. 00. The chicken itself was disappointing; it was pulled cold and unseasoned, with the 'cooking' process being just toasting the sandwich. A real sandwich should have cooked, seasoned grilled chicken, not cold, unseasoned pulled chicken. This was very disappointing. The workers are the best part; they were cool dudes, but it's not their fault the establishment doesn't know how to make a real sandwich.

A Decade of Delicious Dutch Crunch
I've been a loyal customer here since my son was five years old, and he's now 18. Our go-to order has consistently been the Sanfrancycle and the Italian Combo, both expertly toasted on Dutch crunch bread. Over the past 10 years, we've never experienced a moment of disappointment. The Sanfrancycle, featuring honey turkey, smoked Gouda, crispy bacon, garlic, and remoulade sauce on fresh Boudin bread, is a standout. The Dutch crunch is the perfect choice for this sandwich. The Italian Sub Combo is equally amazing, loaded with salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, and finished with oil and vinegar – again, Dutch crunch is the way to go. This establishment is a true neighborhood gem, and I proudly recommend it to anyone seeking a great sandwich spot. If you find yourself in the Russian Hill neighborhood, make sure to stop by. On pleasant days, we love to grab our food and head to the Wharf to enjoy lunch by the beach, often drawing envious glances from other beachgoers at our messy, ginormous sandwiches.

Outstanding Sandwiches and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was outstanding. I love sandwiches, and this place truly delivered. They use Boars Head meats, and I highly recommend trying the local rolls they source. The service was also excellent, contributing to a great overall experience.

Great Sandwiches, Soggy Surprise
This is a take-out only sandwich joint located at the back of a small convenience store. Despite the unassuming location, the sandwiches are very good. My only issue is that some of them can be quite wet, leading to a soggy sandwich by the time you find a place to eat it or bring it back home. My favorites include the Sanfranpsycho Sandwich, their most popular, with a fantastic mix of garlic spread, spicy mayo, and pesto. The Freak is another great option, a loaded pastrami sandwich with a spicy kick – adding pickles enhances it. For something different, the Tri Tippin Sandwich features brown sugar marinated tri tip. I've always had it with horseradish, and it's packed with flavor.

Perfect Sandwich Experience!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I ordered a sandwich that was whipped up in a matter of minutes. The ratios of lettuce and other veggies to the thinly sliced turkey were perfect. I opted for a little pesto instead of mayo, considering the current bird flu situation. Although I didn't get mine grilled, that was an available option. It was wrapped up tightly, and I left with a mouth-watering sandwich on fluffy bread. The Dutch crunch bread was wonderfully crispy on top and soft in the middle, exactly how I like it. Adding avocado brought all the flavors together. I will definitely be going back. 5 stars!
