Dry Chicken, Disappointing Experience
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the food quality. The chicken was incredibly dry and hard, leading me to suspect it might have been prepared days in advance. This significantly impacted my overall dining experience.

Delicious Teriyaki, Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant last night was delicious. I ordered the large mad spicy chicken with fried rice and veggies, and it had the perfect heat and flavor. The two gentlemen working were both courteous and professional.
This is definitely my new favorite teriyaki spot.

Delicious Teriyaki Chicken Bowl!
My experience ordering the teriyaki chicken bowl w/ fried rice through DoorDash was delicious! I especially loved the veggies. However, if I were to order in person, I would have requested that the cabbage/veggies be cooked a little longer.

Great Food, Poor Service Experience
I made an online order and drove 30 minutes from home. I've been here a few times, and the food is great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when I got here at 6: 32 PM, they mentioned my order was already picked up.
They had me waiting close to 25 minutes for them to even get approval to remake my order, and then another 20 minutes waiting. I left there at 7: 20 PM with my order. I know mistakes are made, but I didn’t even get an apology from the employees.
It seemed like a hassle to simply fix something so simple. The person on the other end of the phone seemed hesitant to even give the ok to remake my order. Overall, the food is great.
I feel bad even making this review, but your business needs a protocol on what to do for customers in this situation. Even a coupon for like a discount would be a good idea. Thank you.
Updating my review: got home and was missing my steamed rice 😩.

Favorite Lunch Spot - Worth the Drive!
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently excellent, making it my favorite lunch spot. I get so excited every time we get this food and had to ask where it’s from. It really is an instant SSRI.
HITS SO HARD EVERY TIME and I eat way too much. My favorite dishes are the beef + spicy chicken teriyaki. Although it's not close to me, I am willing to drive down if needed.

Terrible Experience, Won't Return
I decided to give this place another try, but it seems they are unable to follow their own recipes. I ordered chicken breast teriyaki with white rice and broccoli, and spicy chicken yaki style with veggies. It seemed simple enough, but they switched the proteins.
The spicy chicken ended up in the rice bowl, and the chicken breast was in the yaki style, which wasn't even yaki style. To make matters worse, the noodles were seriously undercooked. I ended up with diarrhea.
For $20 an hour, I expected better. Management was present but didn't acknowledge us or check the food. It's clear they don't care about customers' preferences.
They just take your money and give you whatever they feel like making. This is fraudulent. I've lost a customer.
This place is a waste of money and could lead to a trip to the hospital. Eat at your own risk.

Great Value and Taste
My first visit to this restaurant was a positive experience. The price was fair, and the portion sizes were good. I ordered a medium teriyaki chicken bowl to go, with an upgrade for a drink and an egg roll.
The food tasted good, and ordering was easy. Although it's a small store in a small strip mall, they do offer inside seating. I will definitely return.
The total cost was about $15.

Decent food, but slow service
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The food was decent, not bad at all, but definitely not mind-blowing. However, the rice in the fried rice was really tough and definitely wasn't cooked right.
Despite it being mid-day and with only two or three orders in the restaurant, the food still took 30 minutes to come out. There were no apologies for the wait, which was a negative aspect of the service.

Hygiene Concerns Override Food Quality
I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but I've been there on a couple of occasions where I observed a staff member not washing his hands. He touched walls and other surfaces with his hands and then did not wash them the last time I visited. This experience was so concerning that I ended up leaving.
