Dry Chicken, Disappointing Experience
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the food quality. The chicken was incredibly dry and hard, leading me to suspect it might have been prepared days in advance. This significantly impacted my overall dining experience.

Delicious Teriyaki, Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant last night was delicious. I ordered the large mad spicy chicken with fried rice and veggies, and it had the perfect heat and flavor. The two gentlemen working were both courteous and professional. This is definitely my new favorite teriyaki spot.

Delicious Teriyaki Chicken Bowl!
My experience ordering the teriyaki chicken bowl w/ fried rice through DoorDash was delicious! I especially loved the veggies. However, if I were to order in person, I would have requested that the cabbage/veggies be cooked a little longer.

Great Food, Poor Service Experience
I made an online order and drove 30 minutes from home. I've been here a few times, and the food is great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when I got here at 6: 32 PM, they mentioned my order was already picked up. They had me waiting close to 25 minutes for them to even get approval to remake my order, and then another 20 minutes waiting. I left there at 7: 20 PM with my order. I know mistakes are made, but I didn’t even get an apology from the employees. It seemed like a hassle to simply fix something so simple. The person on the other end of the phone seemed hesitant to even give the ok to remake my order. Overall, the food is great. I feel bad even making this review, but your business needs a protocol on what to do for customers in this situation. Even a coupon for like a discount would be a good idea. Thank you. Updating my review: got home and was missing my steamed rice 😩.
