Tasty Noodles, Great Value!
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. I enjoyed the tasty and great price of the meal, which was only $12. 99. I ordered the "crossing bridge noodle" from the top of the menu, which came with beef in the soup. The broth was great, and I liked that you could add noodles and other ingredients on the side. Although I didn't use it, I noticed they have parking lot out front, which is convenient. The restaurant didn't seem too full or busy when I visited, offering a lot of seating. The atmosphere seemed modern looking and clean. The server seemed good, and overall, it was a good deal on a meal.

Incredible Value and Delicious Food!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, offering one of the best value meals I've found in Seattle. For a group of five, we ordered three Ox bone soup sets, sauerkraut fish, and two sides (spicy pig ears and spicy cucumbers), and the total came out to only $15 per person before tip – I'm in disbelief! The service was excellent; our water cups were never left empty, even after we lingered post-meal. The server kindly informed us about a free coconut dessert for spending over $70. Since we were just a couple dollars short, we added a side and received the mango coconut dessert, which was incredibly refreshing. The food was so good, I'd definitely come back! They also offer FREE PARKING in the adjacent lot (just be sure to park in designated stalls and inform the servers of your license plate to avoid towing).

Disappointing Service, Mediocre Food
I visited this restaurant alone and the experience was disappointing. The server kept refilling my water and doing the basic service tasks, but his attitude was extremely unfriendly. He never greeted me, never acknowledged my requests with a simple “ok, ” and responded to everything with silence and a very unpleasant expression. The whole interaction felt cold and uncomfortable. I hope the management can address this, because service really affects the dining experience. The food was also not great, scoring a 2 out of 5.

Great Yunnan Noodles Experience!
Our first time having Yunnan style noodles was a great experience. We visited as a large party with children, and the staff were very accommodating and patient in explaining the menu options. We ordered a variety of items, and everything was great. The portions were huge! An unexpected plus was the free secure parking next door.

Delicious Pickled Peppers and Beef Noodles!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I tried the Pickled Peppers and Beef Slice Rice Noodle, which was absolutely delicious – tangy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The noodles were silky, and the beef was incredibly tender. Beyond the amazing food, the service was wonderful and super quick. I'm definitely coming back!

Delicious Food, Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I found the rice noodles to be absolutely delicious and authentic. The service was friendly, and the dishes arrived very quickly. I also enjoyed the grilled fish, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Everything about my meal was just perfect! The restaurant itself is very clean, and there's convenient parking nearby. They even offer tasty desserts. I highly recommend this place for both a quick meal or a nice sit-down dinner with friends.

Disappointing Service Ruins Past Favorite
My recent experience at Ten Seconds Rice Noodles was very disappointing. While we've enjoyed the food and service at both the Bellevue and Chinatown locations many times before, today was completely different. A male waiter provided a very poor attitude from start to finish. He was unfriendly when taking our order, impatient while serving, and dismissive when we asked for the check. This occurred around 3 pm on a Sunday when the restaurant was not busy, yet he made our whole group feel uncomfortable. We had to ask multiple times for the check, and when we finally pointed it out, he YELLED at all of us, which was shocking. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a restaurant we used to love. When the waiter realized we were not going to leave a tip, he suddenly said “sorry, ” but in a dismissive and insincere tone. While I feel sorry for him if he's having a bad day, he should never take it out on customers. It was a really disappointing experience from a place we used to love.

Unpleasant Service, Avoid This Waiter
My dining experience today was very unpleasant. The male waiter's attitude was dismissive from the start, making us feel like an inconvenience. When it was time to pay, he began lecturing us about his job difficulties due to a staff member's lunch break, which felt like an attempt to shift blame or escalate the situation. He insisted we should be "more patient, " despite our meal lasting only 30 minutes and having minimal interaction with him. It was clear he lacked the time or willingness to provide service, even for simple requests like water refills. The issue wasn't short staffing, but the attitude and blaming customers. It's difficult to enjoy a meal when treated this way. I hope management addresses his approach to "customer service, " as no one expects to be scolded for dining out.

Delicious food, attentive service, minor checkout hiccup
I had a pretty good experience at this restaurant during a day trip to Seattle. It was very quiet when we visited, and the staff was attentive and quick. We encountered a slight issue at checkout regarding splitting the check and charging it all on one card, so it's advisable to double-check everything if you have ample time. Our table ordered the popcorn chicken dry noodles and the beef fried rice. Both dishes were SUPER good. The popcorn chicken, likely thigh meat, was excellent for those with texture concerns, and the noodles were spicy yet delicious. The fried rice was savory with very tender meat. I would definitely recommend this place, as it's clear they prepare everything fresh and in-house. The service was very friendly and good. We'll certainly return on my next visit to town!

Disappointing Sauerkraut Fish Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Even for a chain sauerkraut fish establishment, this one fell short. The garlic was not fried, and there were barely any scallions. This significantly impacted the overall flavor and presentation of the dish.
