My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. The staff were both rude and slow. This place desperately needs new management. As someone who does DoorDash, there's no excuse for waiting 45 minutes for a single taco and burrito, especially when the staff constantly ignore you and seem to do anything but their jobs. It was truly ridiculous.

As a paying customer, I was denied access to the bathroom facilities. This establishment is required by Florida law to maintain public bathroom facilities in accordance with the Florida Building Code. I am considering reporting this to the state.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the excessive waiting time. My order took an hour and fifteen minutes to be prepared. My experience was INFURIATING. Upon arrival, a full-blown bouncer was blocking access to the bathroom. We were told to order first, which we did, and after receiving our food, we were informed by an employee that the restroom was off-limits to customers. When I inquired if it was being cleaned, I was told no, they simply don't allow customers to use the restrooms at that location. The employee then aggressively stated that if I didn't like it, I shouldn't return. When I clarified, asking if they were off-limits, he became even more aggressive, shouting, 'What'd I just say? !' and shooing me away. ON-SITE DINING requires a business to provide restroom access, and this place needs to be shut down. Furthermore, the entire staff was extremely rude and overly aggressive, making us feel like we were in a prison. Employees were screaming, our order was incorrect, the conditions were disgusting, and we were essentially scammed into buying extra food to use the bathroom, only to be denied. I will be contacting corporate. Public restrooms must be available for paying customers. It's unacceptable to deny access, regardless of the reason. Bluntly, I came for food and to use the restroom, but was verbally attacked and treated like an idiot after spending $21. Nobody should come here.
