Rude Staff and Long Wait Times
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. The staff were both rude and slow. This place desperately needs new management. As someone who does DoorDash, there's no excuse for waiting 45 minutes for a single taco and burrito, especially when the staff constantly ignore you and seem to do anything but their jobs. It was truly ridiculous.

Unacceptable Bathroom Policy for Paying Customers
As a paying customer, I was denied access to the bathroom facilities. This establishment is required by Florida law to maintain public bathroom facilities in accordance with the Florida Building Code. I am considering reporting this to the state.

Extremely Long Wait, No Refund
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the excessive waiting time. My order took an hour and fifteen minutes to be prepared. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delay, the staff refused to offer a refund. I felt this was unacceptable and ultimately decided to walk out. I would advise others to spend their money somewhere else.

Good Food, Small Price, Buggy Kiosk
My experience at this restaurant was that it's a great bet for big food for smaller moneys. The food was good and served fairly quickly. However, the kiosk touch screen was buggin, with not all letters working. Additionally, I didn't like that the bathrooms require a code.
