Incorrect Order, Poor Service
This was not my first negative experience at this location, which is why I'm writing to warn others to check their food before leaving. I ordered a custom roll with cucumber, avocado, tempura flakes, spicy tuna, spicy krab, deep-fried, mango, more tempura flakes, and black sesame seeds. However, I received a roll with cream cheese, spicy krab, cucumber, no avocado, no mango, no tempura flakes, and I doubt it even had spicy tuna.
It was also deep-fried. I called the store seeking a redo or refund, as this isn't the first time the Lake Nona location has messed up my order, though today was particularly bad. I explained my lactose intolerance and inability to have cream cheese, which is why I always customize my rolls.
The manager put me on hold, spoke with staff, and returned to tell me I was wrong and the order was correct. He stated he could do nothing since his staff confirmed the order was accurate. When I offered to drive back to show him the error, he dismissed it, suggesting I could have altered the order to my advantage.
This will be my last visit to this location, despite living in Lake Nona. I'd rather pay more at Nona Sushi, where my orders have always been correct and they would likely resolve any issues. This store gets a D, but the alleged manager earns an F- for his lack of customer service and attention to detail.
I was a loyal customer until today and expect a call tomorrow with my refund.

Great Protein, Smart Tip!
My experience at this restaurant was a solid 10/10! They offer great protein and stuff. A helpful tip I learned is that deep frying will make the stuff not fall, which is a great way to enjoy their offerings.
The metadata also indicates a positive experience with atmosphere, service, and food all rated at 5, and plenty of parking available.

Disappointing Experience with Missing Items
I've ordered several times, and the last two times were a total disaster. Today I ordered a Sushi Bowl, paid extra for bacon, and it didn't come! Besides that, the other toppings were also missing!
I ordered the following toppings: bacon, 2x cucumber, scallions, 4x cream cheese, mango, and fried onions. The bowl only had cucumber, scallions, and fried onions. The person who took my order seemed extremely unhappy with their job, completely unenthusiastic and lacking motivation.

Disappointing First Visit
This was my first visit, and I was looking forward to it, but I left disappointed. My sushi was so loose that I could only eat it with a fork. The kimchi had a very mild flavor.
The service was good, but I did not like that all the floors were sticky. Also, the absence of green tea was surprising; I believe it would be a good addition for a sushi spot. It will definitely be a while, if ever, that I will visit again.

Fun, Flavorful, and Fresh Dining Experience
My experience at Sus Hi Eatstation in Lake Nona was a fun, flavorful, and fresh dining experience that truly stands out from typical quick-service restaurants. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable and easy, especially for a first-timer building my own bowl, roll, or burrito. The service was impressively fast, even during busy hours, with the team efficiently managing operations while maintaining a great attitude.
The food truly shines here; every bite is packed with flavor, from the perfectly seasoned rice to the wide variety of proteins, toppings, and sauces that allow for complete customization. The portions are huge, ensuring you definitely get your fill, often with leftovers to take home. The variety is fantastic, offering something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options, whether you're craving sushi rolls, rice bowls, or a unique sushi burrito.
While the prices are a little on the higher side compared to other fast-casual spots, the quality, freshness, and generous serving sizes make it well worth it. It's evident they use fresh ingredients and put care into each order. The restaurant is consistently clean and well organized, contributing to an overall upbeat and welcoming vibe, perfect for a quick lunch, casual dinner, or takeout.
Sus Hi Eatstation – Lake Nona delivers exceptionally on flavor, quality, and service, making it a great spot for bold, customizable meals with a creative twist. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area!

Good Food, Poor Service Experience
This was my first time visiting the restaurant in person, though I have ordered from them before via Uber Eats. Upon entering, I was the first customer and was not greeted by any employees. Despite politely saying “Good morning, ” no one responded.
I couldn't help but feel that this might have been due to my Hispanic background. While the food has consistently been good, the customer service definitely needs improvement.

Messed up Uber Eats order, small portions
My experience with this restaurant through Uber Eats was disappointing. I spent a good $40 for my meals, and my entire order was messed up. The portions were extremely small, not even filling the bowls.
Additionally, there was no sauce on anything and none of the toppings I ordered were included. I was very disappointed with the overall order.
