Expensive with Small Portions and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food itself was not bad, but the portion sizes were quite small, making it feel expensive. The pricing for drinks was particularly outrageous; $5 per person for tea, totaling $20 for a party of four with just one tea bag and four cups, is excessive.
The service was not great, as they were reluctant to refill hot water unless asked. Additionally, the staff seemed eager for us to leave, asking if we wanted to bag our food as soon as we were almost done eating.

Delicious Ramen Delivery!
My experience with the ramen delivery was absolutely delicious! The soft boiled eggs were truly on another level. The meal arrived in a microwave safe container, and as a bonus, it was packaged in the most beautiful reusable bag.

Solid Food, Friendly Service
My experience at this restaurant was pretty good and solid. The pork chop fried rice was my favorite; the fried rice was very flavorful and the pork chop wasn’t dry. The spicy wonton was full of meat, and I loved the ratio.
The xiao long bao (XLB) and pan-fried dumplings were mediocre, with the meat being a little bland and not much soup in them. We made a reservation and had no wait. The service was friendly and quick.

Disappointing Din Tai Fung Dupe
We were excited to try this place because social media influencers called it a Din Tai Fung dupe. After eating there, I truly think that’s an insult to DTF. The soup dumplings tasted really porky, and I bit on a little piece of pork that was very tough and not chewable; I had to spit it out.
The pork and shrimp spicy wontons had an even heavier pork taste, to our surprise; they tasted bad and not flavorful. The only decent dish was the Dan Dan noodle. Oh, and definitely skip the drunken chicken; it tasted bland, and the chicken was watery - not good at all.
Would not go back.

Good Food, Overworked Staff
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was very good and fresh, which was a definite plus. However, the chocolate xiaolong bao was a bit weird.
On the service front, the servers seemed very overworked, which impacted the overall experience.

Flavorful Food, Slow Dessert
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially concerning the food. The XLB were more flavorful than I've had elsewhere, and the fried rice with pork cutlet was generous and way tastier. The Dan Dan noodles offered a perfect balance of spicy and chewy.
The only significant drawback was the slow dessert delivery, which took over 20 minutes. We had to skip it because the children would have been too impatient. Otherwise, it's a reasonably priced, great place for lunch.
I recommend making reservations.

Awesome New Addition with Delicious Food!
This is an awesome new addition to Stonestown! We absolutely loved the soup dumplings, tan tan noodles, and mini pan fried buns. Adding the seasonal greens was a nice touch to feel a bit healthier.
We would come back for sure!

Supreme Dumpling: Good, But Not Great
Now that the hype has died down and the lines are gone, I decided to see if Supreme Dumpling is the new Din Tai Fung. In my opinion, it's not quite there yet. The outer 'breading' on the dumplings was a bit burnt, and the pork chop was a bit overdone.
The XLB (xiao long bao) are juicy and tasty, but I've had tastier and juicier ones. The mini pan-fried dumplings are tasty, but I think 'mini potstickers' on Irving is just as good, probably tastier. It's a good place to eat if you're in the area, but there's no need to make a special trip.

Rude staff, stolen item
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly negative due to the rude wait staff. Despite the place being empty, we were seated by the kitchen door. When we asked to move, our request was denied.
To make matters worse, a bag was forgotten and subsequently stolen. The staff were both rude and dishonest.
