Quick and Kind Service at Subway
My experience at this Subway was typical, but with a positive twist. I ordered online, and my sandwiches were ready in less than 10 minutes upon arrival. The "new" guy providing the service was surprisingly efficient and incredibly kind.
The restaurant was also very clean inside.

Rude Service, Incorrect Order
I ordered two sandwiches at 7: 30 PM on 10/26/25 and went to pick them up around 8 PM. Upon arrival, the Indian girl behind the counter was incredibly rude from the start. She immediately asked, “what do you want?
” and was very snippy when I didn’t understand her request to “confirm it. ” While I considered she might be having a bad night, this wasn't the first time this particular employee has been rude, and I don't understand the hostility. She told me to just leave, so I did.
When I got home and started eating the sandwiches, I realized she not only didn't follow my instructions but also forgot ingredients that were listed on our order. I was very disappointed.

Overpriced and No Breakfast Food
My experience at this Subway was disappointing. Despite being open for breakfast, there was no breakfast food available. Additionally, they did not honor the prices listed in the app.
This was by far the most overpriced Subway I have ever encountered.

Sloth-like Service, Order Late
My experience at this restaurant was marked by extremely slow service. The new overnight staff member moved like a sloth. My order was supposed to be ready before I arrived, but I still had to wait for him to make it because he doesn't start until customers walk in.
It was 10 minutes late, and he STILL HADN'T STARTED!

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. It's clear from reading other reviews that this place consistently underperforms. The employees couldn't speak English, leading to constant mistakes with our sandwiches.
The service was extremely slow, with only one person working at any given time. The skimping on the meat was disappointing, and there seemed to be no quality control. We received stale bread and ended up with $40 worth of bad food.

Expensive and Rundown Sub Shop
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I spent $15 on a sub, which I found to be as expensive, if not more so, than a sandwich from a very nice sandwich shop. The service was also lacking; the woman serving me had earphones in the entire time and only added a pinch more onion when I asked for more.
Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I can't understand how they get away with charging so much. The shop itself also appeared rundown.

Subway Skimps on Ingredients
My experience at this restaurant didn't feel like a genuine Subway. They were very stingy with the meats and veggies. If you decide to visit, I recommend checking online to confirm they are providing the correct amount of protein.

Worst Taco Bell Experience Ever
My experience at this Taco Bell was terrible. I encountered awful service and food. They served the Crunchwrap Supreme as a sandwich, which I personally found odd as I prefer tacos.
Overall, this establishment was the worst I have ever been to.

Unacceptable Refusal of Paid Order
My experience at the University District Subway location on May 23, 2025, around 8: 45 PM was unbelievable. I placed and PAID for an order through the Subway app and arrived on time for pickup, only to be told by the staff that they were not going to give me my food. They canceled the order right in front of me and told me to leave.
They refused to honor a paid order, offered zero explanation, and treated me like a nuisance. The employee was shockingly rude and dismissive, which was genuinely insulting. The overall atmosphere of the store was trash; the staff didn’t care, looked unprofessional, and acted like they’d rather be anywhere else.
I wish they were too. Subway needs to address this location. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT order from here; they clearly don’t want your business.
