Rude Service, Incorrect Order
I ordered two sandwiches at 7: 30 PM on 10/26/25 and went to pick them up around 8 PM. Upon arrival, the Indian girl behind the counter was incredibly rude from the start. She immediately asked, “what do you want? ” and was very snippy when I didn’t understand her request to “confirm it. ” While I considered she might be having a bad night, this wasn't the first time this particular employee has been rude, and I don't understand the hostility. She told me to just leave, so I did. When I got home and started eating the sandwiches, I realized she not only didn't follow my instructions but also forgot ingredients that were listed on our order. I was very disappointed.

Sloth-like Service, Order Late
My experience at this restaurant was marked by extremely slow service. The new overnight staff member moved like a sloth. My order was supposed to be ready before I arrived, but I still had to wait for him to make it because he doesn't start until customers walk in. It was 10 minutes late, and he STILL HADN'T STARTED!
