My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately cut short due to significant concerns about hygiene. I observed an employee touch her face and hair before putting on gloves, and then touch the gloves themselves, including the fingers, while donning them. When I asked if she could wash her hands before preparing my order, she ran them under water for a mere 5 seconds before drying them with paper towels. This lack of proper handwashing technique, which is fundamental and taught in food handler courses, led me to leave without eating. I cannot dine where I witness such disregard for basic sanitation.

My experience at this Subway was quite disappointing. The franchisee seemed to be a cheap skate, only allowing certain sandwiches to be ordered with coupons when in person, despite the coupon stating “get any footlong. ” I would advise ordering online to avoid this issue. Furthermore, the pickup orders were slammed together without much attention to detail. Last time, I was missing 3+ ingredients and no sauce, even though I had ordered them. It felt like a lose-lose situation, and I will not be ordering from this Subway again.

I strongly advise against ordering online from this restaurant. It's much better to go in person. When ordering online, something is consistently missing or prepared incorrectly. For instance, today my steak and cheese had no cheese, and it seems they either don't toast take-out orders or their toaster oven needs repair. However, going in person to order is a positive experience. The space is exceptionally clean, and the staff is nice. Just avoid online orders.

I used to frequent this restaurant often, but unfortunately, the staff has been in decline. The sandwich makers barely know English, leading to communication issues, though everyone has a right to work. The manager is often seen doing paperwork at an open table. The biggest issue, however, is the coupon policy. Coupons are only accepted for a limited menu that isn't posted anywhere – not on the coupons themselves, the website, or in-store flyers. There's a small, handwritten sign with a list of "available" sandwiches for coupon use, but only if you make zero modifications. This poor management decision has left me and many others upset, unable to use the coupons we received. This has resulted in us leaving hungry, angry, and spending more than budgeted. It's quite sad, especially with the overpriced footlongs, bad quality of food, and skimping on portion sizes. I will no longer be doing my business here. 🫤

I just stopped in while running errands. My experience was marked by terrible customer service. First, I waited 5 minutes while a man, who I assume is the owner, was speaking with an employee. He started my order, toasted my sandwich, then left it sitting in queue while he assisted another employee with a payment issue. He then returned, ignored me, and moved to the next customer, who he proceeded to take through the queue around me, completely skipping me.

My experience at this restaurant was very positive. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated how everything was fresh. The way they prepare each and every sandwich is really good. Great job!

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The sandwich artist was quite stand-offish. The portions were super skimpy. Many of the vegetables didn't look fresh, so I skipped most of the items I usually get. The meat also looked unappetizing. On a positive note, they did allow me to use my coupon. However, I don't think I'll be returning to this location.
