Excellent Subway Experience
My experience at this Subway was very positive. The service was friendly, and the food line was clean. I appreciated the good portion of protein and the variety of veggie options. The surrounding environment was also notably clean.

Our Favorite Place for Great Food & Service

Terrible employee attitude and service
My experience at this restaurant was marred by the very bad attitude of the employees. One staff member was constantly on their phone, and another was not smiling at all. To make matters worse, the latter raised her voice at me for no reason at all 🤬.

Terrible Service, Avoid This Subway
There is a reason why this Subway has the lowest rating in the city. The workers are incompetent and when you try to mention to them about the mistake they made they throw a temper tantrum and tell you not to come back. If the owner or manager seen how bad their employees act they would retrain them and apologize to all the customers that have been treated bad.

Terrible Experience with Food and Service
I came in with two friends for lunch today, and the whole experience was terrible. Initially, the woman making my sandwich put serachi on it when I specifically asked for sweet mustard. To make matters worse, she rang it up wrong. However, the most upsetting part was witnessing an elderly man try to point out a charging error to a worker. The worker's reaction was appalling; she became mad, threw a childish temper tantrum, and told him not to return. It was embarrassing to see how she treated that man. This experience explains why this place has such bad reviews. The owner needs to address how terrible his employees act. I will not be back.

Thieves! Paid and No Sandwich
My experience was that of being a thief. I ordered and paid for a sandwich, but they refused to refund my money or make me the sandwich. My $13. 02 is gone, and I will never eat there again.

Rude Service at Subway
I went to Subway to order a sandwich and one of the employees there was so rude when I was asking her questions. Never in my life have I experienced such kind customer service in a Subway store.

Terrible Service, Arrogant Staff
I am really upset about the service my husband received. The staff is very arrogant. It's not because they don't speak English well, that's understandable, but they shouldn't get annoyed or make faces when it's their job. Another very annoying thing is that they don't know the menu. I ordered a Spicy Italian Melt, and the staff member was still asking what I wanted, even though it's clearly on the menu. Furthermore, they were speaking poorly about the customers. My husband understands Spanish very well, and my son speaks it, so we heard everything the workers said. Very bad service. It's sad that the people working there don't like their jobs and still think they are doing us a favor. Don't go to this Subway, I don't recommend it.

Order issues and poor customer service
I placed an order online, but when I arrived, they claimed they didn't have it. Despite having proof of my receipt, they insisted I had to pay again. Sheesh. They offered absolutely no help at all.
