Delicious Food and Great Atmosphere!
I had a great experience with my friends at this place. I highly recommend it! The food was tasty, delicious, and fresh. The atmosphere was good, and the staff had a good attitude towards us. I loved it!

Excellent Food, Friendly Atmosphere!
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful! The food was very good, and the waiter spoke to me politely. It's a perfect place with an excellent atmosphere. I just love this place and will definitely visit in the future too.

Online Order Nightmare
My experience with this restaurant was extremely negative due to their online ordering system. I was told they wouldn't start my order until I arrived, and they prioritized in-store customers. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the staff member told me to cancel my order because they wouldn't complete it. This was a frustrating experience with their service.

Unsettling Incident at Subway
On April 3, 2025, around 12 PM, I visited this Subway for lunch. There were two employees, a man and a woman, and two other customers waiting. During my meal, an individual entered and began taking bags of chips with the intent to steal. The female employee asked the person to leave, and the male employee then swung a broom at the shoplifter and threw a stapler, nearly hitting another customer. I hope the owner sees this; I will not be returning.

Shady Practices with Online Orders
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Similar to other customers, I found that they refused to honor online order promotions, which makes them seem shady and unethical. I suggest reporting your experience to Subway corporate via their website if you have the time.

Mobile Order Issues and Shady Practices
My experience at this restaurant was frustrating. I placed an order via the mobile app for a BOGO offer, but upon arrival, the employee told me the order had been cancelled. Initially, I was informed the mobile ordering system was offline. However, I then witnessed another customer pick up their mobile order, which contradicted the employee's statement. When I questioned this, the employee changed their story, stating it was an issue with the BOGO offer. Adding to this, a friend had a similar experience earlier in the week where their order was cancelled due to a lack of ingredients, and they were persuaded to order in person without the BOGO offer. I checked the offer terms, and it's not restricted by participating franchise locations. I suggest avoiding this establishment and supporting businesses that are not engaging in shady practices.

App Promo System Down
My experience at this restaurant was marked by the staff's very short patience. When the Subway app offers a 50% off promo, this location's system is conveniently down to avoid participation. The food, however, was rated a 4.

Service Needs Major Improvement
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the poor service. While the food received a moderate rating (3/5), the service was rated very low (2/5). The economy might be down, but customer service should only improve. Telling people with electric bikes to leave the store doesn't help, especially when that person did not buy anything. Welcoming guests and confirming orders rarely happens here. Staff should focus on working with their heads up and facing guests, rather than talking to coworkers in Spanish.

Worst Subway Experience Ever
I had the worst experience at this Subway location. I submitted an order through the app, and upon arrival, I was told in a very demanding and rude way that my order was canceled because the store does not participate in the “promos. ” I was informed that if I wanted my sandwich, I would have to pay full price, even though the app clearly stated they did and allowed me to submit the order. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway.

Awful Experience, Franchise Disappointment
My experience at this restaurant was awful. They skimp on all the ingredients, and it takes forever to make the food. Furthermore, they have a tendency to cancel any app/online orders with a promotion or coupon. This is not the kind of store you want representing your franchise.
