My experience with this restaurant was extremely negative due to their online ordering system. I was told they wouldn't start my order until I arrived, and they prioritized in-store customers. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the staff member told me to cancel my order because they wouldn't complete it.

Unsettling Incident at Subway
On April 3, 2025, around 12 PM, I visited this Subway for lunch. There were two employees, a man and a woman, and two other customers waiting. During my meal, an individual entered and began taking bags of chips with the intent to steal.
The female employee asked the person to leave, and the male employee then swung a broom at the shoplifter and threw a stapler, nearly hitting another customer. I hope the owner sees this; I will not be returning.
