Disappointing Stuffing for Festive Sub
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The crew attempted to serve me leftover stuffing, consisting of approximately 8 pieces, for the new Festive Turkey sub. When I inquired, they offered an excuse that it would take 30 minutes to make more stuffing.
This raised the question: why is stuffing not made constantly for your NEW FESTIVE SUBS? ! I was disappointed and could not try the sub, so I will go back to Capriotti's for their Bobbies.

Excellent Las Vegas Subway Off-Strip
My experience at this Las Vegas Subway location, situated off the strip, was excellent. I was able to utilize online coupons, and I highly recommend downloading the app for potential savings. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, and they offer clearly labeled vegetarian dishes, making it a highly recommendable choice for vegetarians.
The service and atmosphere were both rated a 4 out of 5. For dinner, the price per person ranged from $20–30. The restaurant offers free parking in a plenty of parking lot, and the indoor dining area is wheelchair accessible with no stairs.

False Advertising, Locked Door
I visited this restaurant based on their online listing stating they are open 24 hours. Upon arrival, I found the door locked. A lady was present but walked to the back, ignoring my attempt to enter.
The signs clearly indicated 24 hours and that they were open, which was not the case. I am giving this establishment 1 star for false advertising.

Rude Service and Hair in Food
My experience at this Subway was extremely negative. The lady at the counter was so rude, and my order wasn't ready when I arrived for pickup. This isn't the first time I've encountered her rudeness; last time, the food was a mess and contained a hair in my food.
It was the worst subway ever, and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone else.

Slow Service, Great Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was excellent, earning a perfect score, the service was incredibly slow. They took a reaaaal long time to make just one 6' sandwich, which was disappointing.
In comparison, not even Chipotle is this bad when it comes to waiting times. The atmosphere and food quality were rated highly, but the service significantly impacted the overall experience.

Incomplete Order, Unanswered Calls
My experience was a horrible experience. I paid extra for delivery, but my order was incomplete. I did not receive my soda or chips, despite paying for them.
To make matters worse, they never answered their phone when I tried to resolve the issue. It was a waste of time and money, and I did not enjoy my sub at all.

Rude Staff, Great Cookies
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food, specifically the cookies, was excellent with a perfect food score of 5, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, described as "rude ladies" with "attitude, " were not smiling and seemed bothered by customers.
They were also disrespectful towards two elderly individuals. One employee was observed slamming oven doors while handling bread. The atmosphere also suffered due to the staff's demeanor, contributing to a poor overall experience despite the high food quality.

Horrible Service at Subway
My experience at this Subway location was absolutely terrible due to the rudest employee I have ever encountered. When I called the store, the employee answered with a dismissive "Yeah! ", forcing me to ask if I had reached Subway.
The same rude tone and "Yeah! " were repeated. When I inquired about the drive-thru, I was met with a huff and a "I guess.
" This employee used only three words in four interactions, all delivered with a hostile attitude. I asked if I had bothered her, and she responded childishly with "Your Mom. " I immediately hung up.
This happened on 2-12-25 at 5: 40 pm. I hope Subway addresses this issue and considers terminating such an employee. I have visited this location three times in the past three years, and each experience has been similarly negative.
The location is at Rainbow and Cheyenne, next to Little Caesars.

Mobile Order Issues and Missing Items
My experience at this Subway was terrible. I placed a mobile order and had someone pick it up for me. The receipt indicated it was a meal, but some items were missed on one of the sandwiches.
The person who picked it up went through the drive-through.

Dirty employee, unclean place, rude service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. During my recent visit, I observed that one of the employees was dirty. Furthermore, the place is not clean.
The customer service was also very poor, with staff being very rude.
