Disappointing Service and Value
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. For 12 dollars for a 6-inch sandwich, I expected more than just two napkins. It's frustrating that the bathroom was locked and unavailable, making it impossible to wash my hands. While the food itself was decent (rated 3/3), the overall experience was marred by poor service and a lack of basic amenities.

Incorrect Order and Unhelpful Service

Disappointing Service Mars Decent Meal
After a long day of work and enduring the heat on the bus, I arrived at the restaurant. The young man who served me was nice and made my sandwich to order. However, while I was eating, I witnessed an interaction that turned me off. A man walked in and asked for water, and the woman training another employee denied him, stating they didn't have water. This was despite the heat and the man being respectful. He then asked for ice in a cup for his own water to cool down, and she refused again. I ended up offering him water, but he just needed ice or a cold drink. My experience was decent until this interaction, which left me sad about humanity, especially in Nevada with 95-degree weather, and them refusing a cup of water.

Kind Night Staff and Clean Restaurant
My experience at this restaurant was very positive, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the lady who works the night shift. She is incredibly kind and friendly, treating all customers with respect. I don't know her name, but she is truly awesome 😎 👏. Additionally, the restaurant itself is notably clean and nicely maintained.

Wonderful Experience with Alexandra
Last Monday morning, on my way home from work, I decided to stop at one of the two Subways near me at 3: 43 AM. It was one of those moments where I wanted to grab something to eat and sit for a minute after work. I was HIGHLY impressed by an employee named Alexandra. She was highly professional in her appearance, demeanor, and customer service ability. She created my sandwich (a cold cut combo sub) promptly with a caring attitude that really stood out. In the food service industry, it's so EASY to become jaded and burnt out, but Alexandra's service was a WONDERFUL experience. The Christian music being played in the establishment was also a nice touch. I'll be returning again soon, and if I were opening a business, I'd ask Alexandra to work for me.

Great Food, Questionable Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was absolutely great, earning a perfect score. However, the overall experience was questionable. It felt inappropriate to be playing extremely Christian music in a food establishment while simultaneously being unkind to homeless individuals or those less fortunate. This contrast between the music and the service created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

Casino Starbucks Experience Was Poor
My experience at the casino's Starbucks was quite disappointing. I encountered significant issues trying to process a simple comp from the casino. While the casino player club itself was good, the Starbucks experience was crummy. I had to go back and forth between the coffee shop and the players club three times due to communication problems. The cashiers at Starbucks could not speak and understand English well. Both the sandwich and the coffee were subpar. The atmosphere was very noisy and uncomfortable, and the chairs were also uncomfortable. I faced a very long wait time for simple transactions. Additionally, there weren't many sandwich options available in the deli case. To top it off, I witnessed a worker pick their nose and then not wash their hands.

Daily Promotion Not Honored, High Prices
My experience at this Subway was disappointing. They do not honor the daily promotion, which is a significant drawback. Additionally, they seem to price their food very high. On a positive note, they do offer courtesy water to their customers, which was appreciated during the hot Las Vegas summer.

Disappointing Service and Stale Food
As an Area Director for a Subway franchise in Arizona, I'm writing this review due to my experience. Several staff members behind the counter were missing name badges. They seemed to assume I didn't understand them, even when speaking to a non-bilingual customer about a cookie that was not fresh, likely from the previous day. We still ordered food because I had a gift card. Given that I manage many locations, this level of service could significantly impact the brand's success. The bread and meat were acceptable, though the bread was slightly undercooked and needed more baking time. The cookie, however, was hard and seemed to be from early this morning or even late last night, which is not fresh for the night shift. This is a reason why our brand is struggling. I also visited another location in Nevada today and encountered similar issues, particularly with customer service. A significant oversight was not suggesting nachos, which have a profit margin of $3. 80 compared to a footlong's $1. 50. Suggesting high-profit items like nachos and drinks is crucial for generating revenue to pay staff. Nachos sell well if advertised. Do better.
