Unacceptable Restroom Policy for Daily Customers
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this Starbucks branch. I am a daily customer and usually purchase coffee either through the drive-through or inside. Today, I went inside and also needed to use the restroom. However, I was told that I could not use the restroom unless I purchased coffee right away. I explained that I am a daily customer and buy coffee every day around 4 o'clock, but this policy is unacceptable. The staff member insisted that I buy coffee immediately to use the restroom, otherwise, it would not be permitted. This is not good customer service, especially for a loyal customer of 15 years. I will be taking my business to other companies in the future. I have complained about this. Thank you Starbucks for letting me not buy Starbucks coffee next time. Bye.

Order wrong, wrong straw
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing because my order was incorrect. I ordered a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade with 6 pumps of the new raspberry syrup, but I received raspberry popping bobas instead. To add to the inconvenience, I wasn't even given the correct straw.

Great for Coffee and People Watching
My experience at Starbucks was great. It's a great place to get a cup of coffee and just people watch. The food was rated a 5, and the service was also rated a 5. The atmosphere was rated a 5, with moderate noise. I was there alone and there was no wait.

Refused Service Over Clean Cup Policy
My experience was one of refusal of service due to a "clean cup" policy. My travel mug had been used for coffee, and the clerk stated they could not fill it. This left me questioning if the baristas were concerned about accidentally touching coffee in my cup. I chose to purchase nothing, but the experience still left me with a bad taste.

Interesting Decor, Service Lacking
Located just next to Costco, this restaurant boasts a very interesting industrial decor. My experience was a bit mixed. While the atmosphere was unique, the service aspect was lacking. I ordered a fruit cup and was not given a fork, which was an oversight. The food itself received a high rating of 5, indicating good quality.

Mixed Feelings: Vibe Check Failed
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The vibe check definitely failed for me. While the clientele was a bit "weirdos, " which I found odd, the music was "mid AF. " The parking situation was okay with a lot available, but the decor was "cheugy. " On the food front, the coffee was "yuk, " but the matcha was "yum. " I'd only return if I were "desperate. "

Restroom Policy Disappointing Experience
My experience at this Starbucks location was disappointing. Before ordering my coffee, I asked for the restroom code. However, a young white girl did not allow me to use the restroom, stating that I had to order coffee or buy something first. I believe this policy goes against Starbucks' standard practices.

Closed Early on Saturday
My experience was that I arrived at 6: 50 PM on a Saturday, and despite the store hours stating they are open until 7 PM, the door was locked and chairs were on tables. It appeared they were temporarily closed with no sign indicating when they would reopen.

Mobile Ordering Issues and Allergy Concerns
I stopped by to grab a coffee on my way to work. The mobile ordering was down, which meant I had to deal with the cashier and spend a couple of extra minutes. My main issue, however, was with the service. As I ordered, the barista asked if I "still" wanted whipped cream on my white mocha, which was an odd question. When I confirmed, the barista making my drink didn't add any. Upon mentioning this, she added a very minimal amount, which had already melted by the time I reached the seating area. Later, while I was sitting, someone started spraying cleaning solution on tables, including the one near me, less than a foot from my drink. I felt my throat getting itchy and learned it was a cleaning spray. I informed the staff I was starting to have an allergic reaction and left, feeling unsafe. While I believe they probably tried, there were some major fails that could have been easily avoided.
