Unacceptable Restroom Policy for Daily Customers
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this Starbucks branch. I am a daily customer and usually purchase coffee either through the drive-through or inside. Today, I went inside and also needed to use the restroom.
However, I was told that I could not use the restroom unless I purchased coffee right away. I explained that I am a daily customer and buy coffee every day around 4 o'clock, but this policy is unacceptable. The staff member insisted that I buy coffee immediately to use the restroom, otherwise, it would not be permitted.
This is not good customer service, especially for a loyal customer of 15 years. I will be taking my business to other companies in the future. I have complained about this.
Thank you Starbucks for letting me not buy Starbucks coffee next time. Bye.
