My experience was that I drove by Starbucks at 7: 45 am on a Sunday and it was closed. I could have sworn Starbucks opened at 6 am, if not earlier, but there was not a soul in the building and the doors were locked.

My experience at this location was terrible. The customer service was practically nonexistent, and the place is closed more often than it’s open due to constant protests. It would be better to replace it with a real local business that actually serves the community.

I stopped by Starbucks today and really enjoyed my visit. The caramel latte was smooth and perfectly sweet, and the banana loaf was fresh and delicious. Great service and a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My experience at the restaurant was positive, largely due to the exceptional service. I made a mistake on the app with my order, but Gus was incredibly helpful in assisting me despite my error. Thank you, Gus!

I was very happy at this Starbucks location, until this afternoon. I stop almost every morning and buy drip coffee with heavy cream, which they pour into my insulated stainless travel cup. The coffee is always delicious. On the very rare occasion that I stop back by later in the day, I have always been given a refill. Today, I was informed that I can only get a refill if I have sat in the lobby and drank my first cup on location. The Starbucks website says "SAME DAY visit. " I wish I had the luxury of sitting down at a table and drinking 16 to 20 ounces of coffee, but I work on the move. I start buying coffee at Starbucks stores at 4: 45 am every morning, and most days I buy 3 to 5 of them. It was nice to have at least one store I could make it back to on the rare occasion and get a small reward for my patronage. I think I'll just start making a large thermos at home from now on. The coffee across all Starbucks stores I frequent is excellent, and the service has mostly been great. I will miss the happy greetings in the morning and the fact that almost everyone knows my coffee, but I refuse to be loyal to a company when the sentiment is not returned. Thanks to the pink-haired person in the afternoon on Thursday, July 3rd. You're gonna save me about $75 bucks a week. BTW, you weren't very nice the few times you served me in the mornings either; you come off as a very fake and snooty individual. JMO, take it for whatever its worth. That and 5 bucks will get you a cup of coffee with a tip. 😉

I needed a pick-me-up, and Starbucks always delivers. My experience was marked by quick, courteous service. While it was spendy, I acknowledge that all coffee shops are nowadays. Overall, a good experience for a coffee fix.

My experience at this Starbucks was very positive. It's a cozy and clean place with very friendly staff. It felt like a typical Seattle Starbucks, offering a good variety of coffee and food. I found the ambience to be pleasant, and the overall experience was much better than other Starbucks I've visited. I highly recommend it for a nice coffee or snack.

You guys are the best! Thanks for taking my order despite my dumbass ordering from the wrong location. The service was excellent, and the food and atmosphere were also top-notch, all receiving a perfect 5/5.

My experience at this Starbucks was disappointing. The baristas seemed rude, and I, not being a frequent customer, found their sizes confusing. When I asked for a Large Cherry Chai, I received a small with excessive ice and very little syrup. This isn't the first time I've had a similar experience at this location, and I wish the employees wouldn't bring their personal emotions to work and affect customer service.
