Wierd Vibes, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant was a bit unusual due to its location inside a bank, which gave it wierd vibes. The service was also a significant issue; despite the restaurant not being busy with only 4 workers and 5 customers waiting, it took an EXTREMELY long time for a single drink, about 15 minutes. The food, however, was rated a 4 out of 5, indicating a positive aspect in that area.

Great Service, Unlike Other Starbucks
My experience was great! The service was excellent, and I appreciated that I was not pressured to buy an item just to get a cup of ice. This is a stark contrast to the Starbucks on Divisadero, where the staff are horrible.

Rude Staff and Bad Drinks
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the rude employees and the poor quality of the drinks. The short male employee consistently ignores me, not responding or making eye contact when I ask for assistance. He even angrily hands me items without a word. It seems like they purposefully make drinks incorrectly; my pink drink was overloaded with syrup and lacked coconut milk. Today, my caramel macchiato was made without caramel, and my bagel was not toasted. While I understand the location inside a bank might be challenging, there are other places to work if they dislike their jobs. There's a severe lack of customer service skills and basic drink-making ability.

Great Coffee, No Place to Sit!
I dropped my car off at the Toyota service center nearby and needed to kill about three hours. Naturally, I decided to embark on a half-hour walk in the chilly weather to this Starbucks, dreaming of a warm cup of coffee and a cozy seat. Imagine my surprise when I arrive to find that this place is half Bank of America, half Starbucks! The Bank of America side? Chairs galore. The Starbucks side? Nada. Not a single chair. Oh, and no bathroom either – not ideal after a long walk in the cold. Despite the unexpected lack of seating and facilities, I grabbed a soy latte, and honestly, it was delicious – totally hit the spot. I couldn’t help but laugh at the whole situation: I walked for 30 minutes to sit… nowhere. So, if you’re looking for a great coffee, this spot delivers. But if you’re planning to park yourself with your laptop or, heaven forbid, use a restroom, you might want to keep trekking. PS: Next time, I might just chill with the bank tellers.

Amazing Staff, BYOC Starbucks
Ya know I love Starbucks, but this is a BYOC location – Bring Your Own Chair. It's essentially a grab n go Starbucks. However, the staff are amazing here.

Convenient Coffee and Banking Spot
My experience at this coffee shop was great! I love that I can go to the bank and get my coffee altogether. The food received a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was also rated a 5. The service was excellent, also scoring a 5. They offer different types of coffee selections with many additives, which is great for vegetarians. The place is also very friendly to children and pets, and there's a playground around the corner. Parking is available in a paid parking lot, and there are plenty of parking spaces. Wheelchair accessibility is good, with a guard to assist with the automatic door.

Starbucks in a Bank: Coffee on the Go
My experience at this Starbucks, which is a bare-bones location hidden within a Wells Fargo bank, was that it's not the place to hang out with your devices. However, it's great for coffee on the go.

Inconvenient Location and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was quite inconvenient. It's located inside a bank, and there's no restroom for customers. I had to leave to find a public restroom, which was located behind the store in a small park. After returning in 10 minutes, I waited another 5 minutes for my drink, which still hadn't been prepared. When I inquired, the staff seemed to think I no longer wanted my order because I had stepped out. I explained that I had paid for it and only left due to the lack of a bathroom. I would advise others not to waste their time coming here.

Great Location, Excellent Service
My experience at this restaurant was positive, largely due to its great location. Many complaints seen elsewhere are irrelevant here. The workers try their best to accommodate everyone's needs, which is a refreshing change from most establishments. They even constantly allow drinks to get remade for free, whether you didn't like it or were late picking it up.

Quick Service, But Self-Service Lid
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The service was quick, which was surprising for a Saturday afternoon in an area that's usually slow. My drink was prepared exactly as I wanted. However, I felt that I didn’t get the full service because I had to put on my own lid on my drink. This aspect made me feel like the service was incomplete.
