Rude Staff and Bad Drinks
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the rude employees and the poor quality of the drinks. The short male employee consistently ignores me, not responding or making eye contact when I ask for assistance. He even angrily hands me items without a word.
It seems like they purposefully make drinks incorrectly; my pink drink was overloaded with syrup and lacked coconut milk. Today, my caramel macchiato was made without caramel, and my bagel was not toasted. While I understand the location inside a bank might be challenging, there are other places to work if they dislike their jobs.
