Too Many Options, Dietary Concerns
As someone who is lactose intolerant and sensitive to caffeine and sugar, I found there were too many options on the menu.

Tranquil Shop with Great Sandwiches
My experience at this shop was very positive. The attendants were nice, and I really enjoyed the Sandwich. I also recall having a mutzarella paining in the past.
I like this shop; it's tranquil, comfortable, and convenient, located on Irving St and 19th Avenue in the Sunset district of San Francisco :)

Disappointing Matcha Foam Ratio
My experience was disappointing. I ordered a venti Matcha, but it was made with only one quarter tea and three quarters foam. This lack of attention to basic preparation details makes me question the community atmosphere of the place.

Cold Coffee Order Mishap
My experience at the restaurant involved ordering a blended cold coffee with only heavy whipping cream. I emphasized this to the cashier multiple times, and even confirmed it again when I received the drink. The staff member assured me it was made correctly and explained the larger cup was due to the blending process.
However, when the drink reached its intended recipient, it was incorrect. I found it ridiculous that they ask for a tip before the product is even made, especially when the coffee was poured incorrectly. I would consider returning, but I'm not willing to spend an hour to get a simple order corrected.

Fundamental Flaws, Nice Baristas
My experience at this coffee shop was marked by a surprising lack of basic amenities. They were out of ice, which seems fundamental for a coffee shop. Additionally, all the outlets were dead, making it difficult to work or charge devices.
On a positive note, the baristas were very nice.

Restroom Policy Leads to Lost Business
I really needed to use the restroom. The door was locked, and they insisted that I had to buy something before I would be allowed to use it. I decided that I would take my business elsewhere rather than dealing with their rudeness and attitude.

Sweet Service and Delicious Drinks!
Many years ago, I was a partner at this location and I had some good glory days at this place. The new team is super sweet, clean, and efficient. I hate that I didn't catch her name, but the sweet girl working at 5: 15 PM today (glasses, blonde-ish hair?) chatted with me about being a partner and how different things were.
She wrote the sweetest message on my cup that I saw after I left. The iced oat milk with blonde espresso she so sweetly recommended (thanks!) is delish. Give the girl a raise 🥰

Worst Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks was the worst. Despite having 6 people working and no one in line, it took 5 minutes just to get my order taken. The service was incredibly slow.

Avoid: Trash and Harassment
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. There was a ton of trash littering the entrance, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Inside, a shirtless homeless guy was harassing customers, and the staff seemed to act as if this was perfectly normal.
I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Consistently Wrong Orders and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing. I always, without fail, get my coffees and orders wrong. Specifically, after waiting almost an entire year for the Peppermint Hot Chocolate/Mocha, they never add the peppermint, resulting in just a regular hot chocolate/mocha served in a fancy cup.
The service is horrible.
