Tranquil Shop with Great Sandwiches
My experience at this shop was very positive. The attendants were nice, and I really enjoyed the Sandwich. I also recall having a mutzarella paining in the past. I like this shop; it's tranquil, comfortable, and convenient, located on Irving St and 19th Avenue in the Sunset district of San Francisco :)

Disappointing Matcha Foam Ratio
My experience was disappointing. I ordered a venti Matcha, but it was made with only one quarter tea and three quarters foam. This lack of attention to basic preparation details makes me question the community atmosphere of the place.

Cold Coffee Order Mishap
My experience at the restaurant involved ordering a blended cold coffee with only heavy whipping cream. I emphasized this to the cashier multiple times, and even confirmed it again when I received the drink. The staff member assured me it was made correctly and explained the larger cup was due to the blending process. However, when the drink reached its intended recipient, it was incorrect. I found it ridiculous that they ask for a tip before the product is even made, especially when the coffee was poured incorrectly. I would consider returning, but I'm not willing to spend an hour to get a simple order corrected.

Fundamental Flaws, Nice Baristas
My experience at this coffee shop was marked by a surprising lack of basic amenities. They were out of ice, which seems fundamental for a coffee shop. Additionally, all the outlets were dead, making it difficult to work or charge devices. On a positive note, the baristas were very nice.
