Sweet service made my day!
My card wasn't working, and the staff were so sweet they gave me the drink on the house. This meant a lot because I had a long walk ahead of me.

Inconsistent Hours, Good Staff
My experience at this restaurant has been a mixed bag. While it's a nice store when it's actually open, I've visited several times only to find it closed, including today. The staff are generally good, but the management makes some really interesting choices regarding operating hours.

Ridiculous Ice Cup Policy
My experience at this restaurant was quite frustrating. I asked for two cups of ice and even put a tip in the jar, but I was told I couldn't have any cups of ice. It was ridiculous that I had to purchase an item to get ice, despite the tip. The service was very poor in this regard.

Welcoming staff, great advice for tourists

Cashier Added Tip Without Asking

Friendly Staff, Bad Drinks

Disappointing Starbucks Experience
I stopped in at this Starbucks closest to Chase center just before Christmas, planning to buy a Cranberry Bliss box advertised at 50% off for a Christmas gathering. However, at checkout, the discount wasn't programmed, and they couldn't offer it. This required contacting a supervisor who was unavailable, leading to a bad customer service experience. It felt like corporate service at its worst. Very disappointing, and I will avoid Starbucks. Instead, I went to Phil's next to Chase center and had wonderful coffee – I highly recommend it!

Rude Staff Ruining the Experience
My experience at this restaurant was marred by the consistently rude attitude of one particular staff member. I've observed him giving attitude to all clients. On one occasion, after purchasing 4 drinks and bread, I asked for a cup holder and he rolled his eyes and whispered something. Today, I asked for a hot croissant and received a cold one with the same bad attitude. This happened today at 10: 39 am. I hope the manager addresses this behavior as it's not okay to be rude!
