I don't usually write reviews, but I had an incredibly rude experience with a young, Asian worker. Despite it being very busy, I waited my turn at the counter. When I politely said "excuse me" twice, the worker ignored me. I mentioned I had a quick question, and she looked at me and walked away, even though she was right in front of me. Later, she yelled out about an online order, and when I identified myself, she responded with an eye roll and a smirk, saying "yeah, probably" when I asked if my order would be ready in 30 minutes as my app indicated, because I needed to get to work. Her behavior was unbelievably rude.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by extremely slow service. Despite a huge line of people, the baristas moved as if there was no one waiting. They also made no eye contact with customers. I witnessed a person stand at the register for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging them. While I understand being busy, I find it unacceptable when staff ignore customers who are clearly waiting.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a pastry to be extra warm, but the staff member kept it hidden behind the counter while serving others who came after me. By the time it was finally placed out, it was cold. This poor service and lack of attention ruined what should have been a simple order.

My experience at this Starbucks location was by far the worst I've ever encountered. The staff consistently mess up drink orders, which has become the norm. On one occasion, I specifically requested no syrup, yet I watched the barista add it anyway. When I pointed this out, I was told to "try it first and if you don’t like it, I’ll make a new one. " This is not acceptable customer service. Additionally, one Asian male employee was particularly rude and dismissive. He made a mess of my drink and acted irritated when I inquired about my order. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism from this team is completely unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating because I love Starbucks and usually receive excellent service at other locations. Sadly, I now avoid this store entirely and go out of my way to visit a different one, simply to be treated with basic respect. Extremely disappointing.

My experience at this restaurant today was a complete and utter disappointment. The espresso machine was down, meaning no drinks containing espresso were available. Furthermore, there was no cold brew, so no cold coffee options either. If your espresso machine is out of order, it's crucial to have a backup plan.

My experience at this Starbucks was a mixed bag. While the service was consistently great, the coffee itself was terrible. I found the beans to be cheap and over-roasted, likely to mask their poor quality. The atmosphere was rated a 4, suggesting a generally pleasant environment, but the food quality, rated a 1, was a significant letdown.

My experience at this Starbucks, located within the Pavilions supermarket, was defined by its super convenient location. You can expect the same Starbucks quality you're used to. However, don't expect a cozy seating area; the atmosphere is more functional than comfortable.

If you plan on staying a few hours, keep your drink cup even if it is empty on the table. One of the guys working there went to my table while I was on my laptop and said “the lobby is for customers only. ” Ok? You literally saw me with a drink earlier. I’m not a customer anymore? Very disappointed. The other Starbucks I hang out in don’t do this.

My experience at this restaurant has been mixed. While the drinks are always good and everyone else at this location has been amazing, my recent experiences with a staff member named Meg have been disappointing. I had a bad experience with her about two weeks ago and thought she might be having a bad day, but unfortunately, my boyfriend also had a bad experience with her today. I am very surprised with how Meg treats customers here.
