Bottled drinks took too long, no tip needed
My experience at the restaurant involved a significant wait for bottled drinks. It took about 10 minutes to receive them, and there was no sense of urgency, especially since there were only two people ahead of me. I also believe they should not ask for tips for already bottled drinks.

Terrible Croissants and Service
My experience at the restaurant was very unpleasant. The butter croissant and the chocolate croissant were old and tasted terrible. The service was also awful.
I specifically asked if the croissants were fresh beforehand, and they said yes, but it was very disappointing. I will never return. 👎👎👎

Frustrating lack of attention
I arrived at 4: 10 in the afternoon and waited 5 minutes before approaching the counter to make staff aware I was there. When someone finally came out, they stated they were closed at the moment. This isn't the first time I've experienced this; they often don't pay attention to the front if they are busy in the back.
It's so frustrating. I guess I'll find another place that wants my business.

Quick Drive-Thru, Accurate Orders
I went through the drive-thru and experienced a delay because the person in front of me had a huge order. They should have gone inside instead of making the whole line wait with their many bags and trays of drinks, which was totally rude. Normally, the drive-thru is quick.
They’ve gotten my order right every time!

Disappointed by Half-Filled Drinks
I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. I was charged full price for drinks that were only half-filled—just because I asked for no ice. I don’t like my drinks watered down, and it doesn’t seem fair to pay the same price for less product.
If I’m paying full price, I should get a full drink, with or without ice.

Discrimination and Unwelcoming Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was marked by a consistent pattern of discrimination. I felt profiled multiple times and was not given the opportunity to sit down with my bags before making a purchase. In contrast, white customers had no issues getting comfortable in the cafe before buying anything, without facing the assumption that they were loitering or had no intention to purchase.
This differential treatment based on perceived socioeconomic status created a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

Sweetest Service Made Our Day!
My experience at the restaurant was made incredibly special by Natalie, who was just the sweetest and the best. I accidentally messed up my drink order, and she kindly remade it for me, which made me feel terrible. Thank you so so much, hun, you truly made my auntie's birthday and our entire day!

Lost headphones, rushed exit
I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. I left my brand new headphones, a birthday gift from March 23rd, on the table while I went to order my drink. When I returned, they were gone, and there didn't seem to be anyone else in the store.
I had to rush out to avoid being late for work, but I plan to go back to check if their cameras picked up anything. I realized they were missing on the bus when I tried to turn them on. I really hope they caught something useful or can point me in the right direction.

Horrible Atmosphere, Good Service
This was my first time at this Starbucks. The building/interior/atmosphere was horrible for us. However, the service was overall good – it was fast and the drinks were correct.
