Exceptional Service Made Thanksgiving Special
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful, largely due to the exceptional service provided by William and Miguel. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making our Thanksgiving celebration extra special. They even prepared our drinks according to my mom's specific preferences and health needs, which was greatly appreciated.

Inconsistent Coffee and Poor Staffing
My experience at this location has been a mixed bag. While I've enjoyed the coffee at times, I once received the worst coffee from them, which had no taste at all. Orders also seem to be inconsistent; hot drinks arrived cold, and cold drinks were mostly ice with a minimal amount of coffee.
The constant changing of employees is a significant issue. It seems employees are either fired or relocated before they can get accustomed to the environment and provide a good customer experience. I believe employees should work closer to their homes for consistency.
Furthermore, the hiring process appears flawed, with a lack of focus on skilled employees who genuinely love coffee and can create a good experience for customers. I'm hesitant to purchase coffee from Starbucks again.

Terrible Service, Long Wait Time
My experience at this Starbucks was disappointing due to extremely slow service. Despite only one other person being in the store, I waited about 20 minutes for a medium frappuccino. My wife eventually had to ask for it, only to find it had been sitting at the counter, unacknowledged by the employees.
It's a simple task to blend ingredients and call out a name, and I expected better. I will not be returning, and future Starbucks orders will not include a tip because of this experience.

Excellent Service and Drink Knowledge
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Bryonna. She helped me find my perfect drink by talking me through all of the espresso types. I really appreciated how well informed she is and how happy she was to talk with me and answer my questions 😊.

Inexplicable refusal to sell ice
I want to congratulate Starbucks for being probably the only company in the United States that will refuse to sell you a cup of ice. Absolutely insane that I cannot buy a cup of ice from you. Charge me a dollar, 2 dollars, whatever.
Do I need to order an iced coffee WITHOUT the coffee to get a cup of ice from you? You already charge an insane amount of money for coffee, just sell somebody a cup of fricken ice. What's the big deal?

Friendly Staff and Great Tea!
My experience at the restaurant was very positive. The staff was welcoming upon arrival. RJ was particularly helpful, offering us the daily sample and providing informative and friendly service.
They even refilled my tea to go with a smile. Thank you!

Poor Service, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was marred by poor service. The staff member with headphones and nose piercings was unclear when answering questions about the restroom's location, making it a guessing game. This lack of clarity is why I only left a dollar tip, and future tips will not be forthcoming.
I suggest working on your service personality. It felt like a typical Vegas worker expecting tips for low-quality work and service.

Limited Seating, Great Food
My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was excellent, with a perfect score of 5, the atmosphere was disappointing, scoring only a 2. The recent remodel has significantly reduced indoor seating, and even the added outdoor seating was fully occupied.
This made finding a comfortable spot challenging.
