My experience was incredibly frustrating due to the delivery service. I hate that the restaurant uses DoorDash for deliveries! I never got my order because DoorDash SUCKS! The crazy part is that SIDE CHICK was responsible for the refund, a refund that I NEVER RECEIVED! I called them, and I'm still waiting for that return call two weeks later. It's been over a month since this happened, and still NO REFUND! I can't make this shit up! #LostAcustomer 😟. Despite the delivery issues, the food itself was excellent, scoring a 5/5.

I've ordered the side chick fries multiple times through Uber Eats and they're always great. I get the half order and the portions are big. Totally recommend.

My experience at this restaurant was excellent. The food is freshly made, and they offer a lot of variety of food and sauces. The customer service was also great. I promise you, you're gonna go back, I did.

My friend introduced me to this place, and after just three bites, I was hooked. I tried the chicken fries, and they were delicious. The service was pretty quick, and the customer service was on point. It was also really clean inside. I’ll definitely be back.

This place rocks! I had a fantastic experience here. The portion size is incredibly generous, especially for the price. For just $11, you get a lot of food! I'd recommend getting your sandwich cut in half unless you're really hungry, and you can even share the side of fries. Be prepared for a food coma! I got two sandwiches and split them, and it was good stuff!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I usually order the Side Chick or the Basic Chick sandwich, and they are both amazing. The fries are also incredible, and the portion size is huge. It's a great value for the money, even better than Popeyes or KFC. I highly recommend checking them out; they are a true gem!

This place is awesome! I was in town and wanted to try something new, and I'm so glad we did! The prices are great, but even better, the chicken was terrific. It was moist and juicy. The batter was light and crispy and didn't overpower the chicken. We'll definitely be back!

My experience at Side Chick was terrible. I got sick for 3 months because my chicken was undercooked. I will never trust Side Chick again. The food quality was extremely poor, leading to a severe health issue. The service and atmosphere also received very low ratings.

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I specifically requested sauce on the side, but it was tossed directly into my food, making it extremely spicy. This was particularly problematic as it was during my work break. I received my order at 2: 10 pm on July 22nd, and by the time I got to my workplace kitchen, I couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to return for a replacement, and to add to the frustration, they never answered the phone when I tried to contact them.

My experience at the restaurant was great! I loved the Side Chick fries and the onion rings too. They were so yummy. I will definitely be getting them again! Thanks guys.
