Disappointing First Shake Shack Experience
My first experience at Shake Shack was disappointing. I ordered online using a buy-one-get-one offer, requesting to add onion, tomato, and cheese. However, I didn't receive the second item, and the order was incorrect. I suspect that because it was closing time, I received whatever was available, leaving me unable to complain. To make matters worse, they included bacon, which I detest on any food. I'm very disappointed.

Chaos at Stonestown Shake Shack
Shake Shack always has good food. I usually order through Door Dash. But today, I was at Stonestown Mall in San Francisco and saw a business in chaos. At 2: 15 pm, I experienced a 10-minute wait to place an order and a 25-minute wait to receive a single strawberry shake. People were everywhere, with some coming in off the street just to use their phones. Trash was on the floor, and the customers were chaotic. The atmosphere was noisy. I recommend placing posts with chains to delineate the lines and getting faster service with more employees, or at least getting the current ones to step it up (I saw one employee dancing in the back kitchen area). Perhaps a larger store would be advantageous. Good luck. I will still probably order through Door Dash, but I don't think I will enter the store for some time.

Shake Shack: Consistently Great!
As always, I'm a fan of Shake Shack. The food is the best! The service is great at this branch, and the place is clean and organized.

Disappointing Burger Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the employees were nice and checked on me a couple of times while I waited for about 20 minutes, the food was not worth it. I ordered a veggie burger and a small lemonade, and it was "not even good. " I agreed with a passerby who said, "it's nottt. " I wish I had spent my $17 elsewhere in the mall. I was surprised by the size of the burger, which was a poor excuse and did not meet my expectations. It felt like I merely had a snack, when a good burger from a place like this should be a small but adequate meal. For comparison, Beep’s Burgers on Ocean Ave, even their veggie burger, is 5x better and a legendary local joint. Shake Shack sux.

Decent Shake Shack Experience
My experience at Shake Shack involved enjoying a Shake Shack burger, cheesy fries, and a coke. The place was decently clean and offered enough space for seating.

Great Shakes, Overpriced Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While they have great shakes, the food was way over priced and really not that great. It cost an easy $80 for 3 people, and we didn't even get a shake. I was disappointed by the lack of meal deals, especially for a location in San Francisco.

Terrible Shake Shack Experience
This was my first time trying Shake Shack. I visited at 10: 30 PM and ordered a single hamburger with no fries. To my surprise, it took 20 minutes to receive my order. What was even more frustrating was that other customers who arrived after me and ordered for larger groups received their food before I did. It was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning to this franchise.

Disappointing Service, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. I ordered the smoke shake, which was pretty good. My son ordered the bbq Carolina burger, but they mistakenly gave him a regular Shake Shack burger. When we tried to address this, the staff seemed too busy and ignored us. Consequently, we left with what we had and will definitely not be returning to this location.

Delicious Burgers, Pricey Portions
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag, but with some definite highlights. The burgers were absolutely delicious, and I'd say they're even better than In-N-Out. The quality of the food is definitely there. However, the main drawback was the size of the burger for the price; it felt a bit small for what you pay. We also tried the shakes, which unfortunately needed to be remade to add malt powder to thicken them up. The mango lemonade was also VERY tart. I noticed that many customization options weren't available on the kiosk menus, but the employees were able to help modify our orders if we informed them in time. It's a plus that they are open until 11 pm. My interactions with the employees varied; some were incredibly helpful and willing to accommodate our requests, while others literally rolled their eyes when asked to do something that took them away from their conversations. The atmosphere was great, rated a 5 out of 5.
