Disappointing First Shake Shack Experience
My first experience at Shake Shack was disappointing. I ordered online using a buy-one-get-one offer, requesting to add onion, tomato, and cheese. However, I didn't receive the second item, and the order was incorrect. I suspect that because it was closing time, I received whatever was available, leaving me unable to complain. To make matters worse, they included bacon, which I detest on any food. I'm very disappointed.

Chaos at Stonestown Shake Shack
Shake Shack always has good food. I usually order through Door Dash. But today, I was at Stonestown Mall in San Francisco and saw a business in chaos. At 2: 15 pm, I experienced a 10-minute wait to place an order and a 25-minute wait to receive a single strawberry shake. People were everywhere, with some coming in off the street just to use their phones. Trash was on the floor, and the customers were chaotic. The atmosphere was noisy. I recommend placing posts with chains to delineate the lines and getting faster service with more employees, or at least getting the current ones to step it up (I saw one employee dancing in the back kitchen area). Perhaps a larger store would be advantageous. Good luck. I will still probably order through Door Dash, but I don't think I will enter the store for some time.

Disappointing Burger Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the employees were nice and checked on me a couple of times while I waited for about 20 minutes, the food was not worth it. I ordered a veggie burger and a small lemonade, and it was "not even good. " I agreed with a passerby who said, "it's nottt. " I wish I had spent my $17 elsewhere in the mall. I was surprised by the size of the burger, which was a poor excuse and did not meet my expectations. It felt like I merely had a snack, when a good burger from a place like this should be a small but adequate meal. For comparison, Beep’s Burgers on Ocean Ave, even their veggie burger, is 5x better and a legendary local joint. Shake Shack sux.
