Sneaky 50 Cent Charge
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to a sneaky 50 cent charge for using a debit or credit card, with no prior signage. This practice is very sneaky, and I won't be returning. People generally dislike being deceived.

Overpriced Burrito, Good Salsas
My experience involved ordering one carne asada burrito and one coke in a glass bottle. The total cost was $19. 73.
I found the burrito to be mid and overpriced. However, the salsas were good. Unfortunately, I won't be returning as it was not worth it.

Plenty of tables and self-serve options
My experience at the restaurant was positive, with plenty of tables available for dining. I appreciated the ability to help yourself to the salsa, jalapenos, and limas y lemones, which added a convenient and customizable element to the meal.

Best place ever from Chicago!
The best part was that we came all the way from Chicago to this place, and it was the best of the best. 100 percent recommended.

Disappointing California Burrito Experience
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing, particularly with the California burrito. The Carne asada meat lacked any flavor, tasting as if it was cooked in water. Furthermore, there was no cheese added to the burrito, making it both dry and disgusting.
I did take it back, and they remade it for me.

Disappointing Pollo Asado Fries
My experience at this restaurant was largely negative, primarily due to the food. The Pollo asado fries were described as nasty and having no taste whatsoever. I also found the price to be excessive, paying around $20 for a large order that appeared to be the same size as a small one.
I would advise others to avoid the Pollo asado/carne asado fries, and perhaps the restaurant altogether.

Outrageous Prices and Hidden Fees
My experience at this restaurant was primarily defined by sticker shock. Initially, I was taken aback by the prices, questioning if they were real, especially for a taco priced at $6. 50.
Considering the low cost of tortillas, I wondered if these prices were due to increased costs or simply a desire to line pockets. To add to my frustration, there was an additional $. 50 charge to use a debit card.
Given these issues, I won't be returning.

Rushed Out Before Closing
My experience at the restaurant was quite negative due to the service. We received our food at 10: 15 PM, and one of the cashiers, described as having black hair, eyeliner, and big earrings, began to rush us out of the dining area because they were closing at 10: 20 PM. This was despite the restaurant supposedly closing at 11 PM.
She had a bad attitude and hurried us to finish our meal. As a result, I will never be coming back.

Good Food, Frustrating Napkin Situation
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was good, earning a 4 out of 5. However, the service related to obtaining basic necessities like napkins was quite frustrating.
If you're dining in, be prepared to stay in line to get napkins. They keep the napkins and utensils behind the counter and give you only a couple at a time. I had to get up three times to ask the cashier for more napkins for my family of five.
When I suggested they needed a self-serve napkin holder, the response was, 'it's not my problem. ' Due to this poor service experience, I will not be returning.
