Delicious Dinner and Great Service
My experience at the restaurant was just what I needed before heading out for my Friday night show. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was the right amount and delicious. After the show, I returned to visit the bar before heading up to my room.

Delicious Cheeseburger and Great Drinks!
I was excited they changed the channel so I could watch the WNBA finals. It's great that this place puts on women's sports, as many places won't. The cheeseburger was delicious, and both my drinks were great. The atmosphere was a 5/5, and the food was a 4/5.

Dirty Cups, Bland Food, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The water cups were noticeably dirty, which immediately set a negative tone. While the food was fine and reasonably portioned, it lacked any standout flavor or presentation. The biggest letdowns were the atmosphere and service. The staff seemed disengaged, and the overall vibe was not welcoming or enjoyable. Considering the price point of $20–30 per person, I expected much better attention to detail in terms of both cleanliness and hospitality.

Disappointing Service and Incorrect Food Order
My experience at this restaurant was largely disappointing due to outrageously slow service. Despite only three tables being occupied, we waited 40 minutes for our food. Neither staff member seemed to have any hustle or care about the patrons. The food itself was just okay; my order was made incorrectly and had to be remade. There were no service checks, and our bills were brought to the table while two of us were still actively eating. It was unclear which of the two servers was assigned to our table, as neither seemed eager to take it. Additionally, another table's mess remained for about 15 minutes. Settling the bills took another 20-25 minutes, which was ironic given they were dropped while we were still eating. Overall, it was a very disappointing and lacklustre experience.

Wonderful Breakfast Experience with Exceptional Service
Our search for breakfast in Seattle led us to an unexpectedly wonderful experience at Redtrees. After a rude dismissal from a nearby cafe, the warm welcome we received here was a breath of fresh air. We didn't realize it was in a hotel until we arrived, but the staff was welcoming regardless of our attire. Our server, Titi, was the highlight of our visit. She greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and happily seated us at a comfortable couch table. Throughout our meal, her service was attentive, joyful, and simply above and beyond anything I've experienced, even in high-end restaurants. The food was also fantastic and served with surprising speed. Redtrees, and especially Titi, turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight of our trip.

Good food, slow and pricey
My experience at this restaurant was a bit of a mixed bag. While the food was excellent, earning a perfect 5/5, the service was only average at 3/5. The restaurant was described as a tiny place with a moderate noise level. It was also noted as being slightly overpriced, with a price range of $20–30 per person. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was still considered good, especially when compared to other local establishments.

Neglected and Left
We decided to try this restaurant, located above our hotel, for dinner. Upon arrival, it was seat yourself. It took some time before a staff member greeted us and offered water and menus. Despite there not being many other patrons, the staff member spent several minutes conversing with people at the bar and then attending to another table. They glanced in our direction but returned to their conversation. We waited several more minutes without being asked for a drink order, if we had questions, or if we were ready. Feeling neglected after this extended wait and minimal interaction, we decided to leave. The experience felt very rude due to the prolonged wait and lack of attention, especially while the staff member was engaged in conversation with other patrons.

Generic Meal, High Prices
My experience at this restaurant was frankly very generic. The meal was not bad, but it felt like something I could have easily prepared at home in 10-15 minutes with minimal effort. This would be acceptable if the prices weren't the same as much better restaurants located right outside the hotel. Given that food in Seattle is already expensive, a generic offering just doesn't cut it, and I couldn't recommend it. You can find incredibly delicious food at Pike Place Market for the same price or even cheaper!

Extremely Annoyed by Long Wait Times
I have never been so annoyed in my life. My experience was the worst. We waited exactly 40 minutes just to place an order, and then another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The customer service was also the worst. Breakfast is supposed to be the first meal of the day, but the excessive waiting time for food annoyed me to my core and ruined my day. I would not recommend booking the coast downtown hotel if you want a room with breakfast.

Good Food, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The Cheeseburger was very good, and I enjoyed the nice atmosphere. However, the service was marginal at best. I never received a drink refill, even after asking and the server taking my glass.
