Disappointing Drink and Misleading Photos
My experience was marked by significant disappointment, primarily with the drink. I was so unhappy with it that I had to throw it away after just a couple of sips. Furthermore, the product photos were incredibly misleading.
Because of this experience, I will avoid this chain like the plague from now on.

Exceptional Food, Service, and Drinks!
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely outstanding. The food was extremely good, and the service was fast. They serve the best drinks in San Francisco.
A five-star rating isn't enough to capture how great it was.

Surprisingly Good Food, Average Atmosphere
I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food tasted! This was my first bubble tea, or as they call it here, Boba Tea, in quite some time. While the food was a definite highlight, the atmosphere was just okay.

Terrible Service, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the poor service. Facing people who don't say hello and turn their backs on you while you're trying to order makes it pointless to even place an order. They need to learn basic politeness before opening a business!

Disappointing Boba and Takoyaki
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing, primarily due to the food quality. The boba was small and stuck together, indicating it might have been overcooked. I also tried the takoyaki, which was unfortunately filled entirely with mayonnaise and was not tasty at all.

My Wife's Favorite Boba Spot!
I'll give this shop the greatest praise I can. It's the only Boba my wife orders and actually drinks the whole thing haha. The food quality is clearly top-notch, as evidenced by my wife's consistent enjoyment and completion of her drinks.
The service and atmosphere also received perfect scores, indicating a pleasant overall experience.

Fast Service, Mushy Tapioca
My experience at the restaurant was characterized by fast service; I hardly had to wait. The overall experience was pretty good, with the food being rated highly. My only complaint is that the tapioca was mushy and worse than other places I've been to.

Delicious Black Milk Tea and Fried Snacks
My experience at the restaurant was great! I ordered the Black milk tea with boba (0% sugar) and it was good. The tea itself was pretty good and strong.
The boba was perfectly sweet and chewy. I also tried the popcorn chicken and fried calamari, which were also yummy.

Pleasantly Surprised Snack Shop in SF
It’s great to see a little snack shop here in San Francisco. We were very pleasantly surprised by the food they offered. We especially enjoyed their fried mini octopus, which brought back a lot of childhood memories.

Disrespectful Service and Discrimination Allegations
This was my second time visiting the restaurant. As I was placing my order, the staff member immediately put up a sign indicating the kitchen was closed, which I found to be so disrespectful. I had checked online, and the closing time was listed as 6: 30 PM, but it was only 6 PM.
When I asked for the corporate number, she refused to provide it. After I found it online, she appeared confused but then stated she could take my order. I declined, stating "No thank you, ma'am.
" I've observed this same staff member treat many African Americans similarly, and I believe discrimination is real here.
