Slow Service, Better Options Nearby
My experience at this restaurant was marked by extremely slow service. There were lots of people in line waiting for food, and the staff seemed to be working at a snail's pace. Given the wait and the overall experience, I believe there are lots of better options in the area.

Affordable and Tasty Lunch Oasis
What a find! Located in an area where they could easily charge outrageous prices for basic food, this oasis is the perfect spot for a quick and affordable lunch. They provide tasty and original recipes, making it a great value.
The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service was also a perfect 5. It was very quiet, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. For vegetarians, it's a highly recommended spot with a large vegetarian selection.

Hidden Gem with Delicious Food!
This place is a little hidden gem! My experience was fantastic, especially with the ceviche tostada, which was so fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed the torta adobada; it was tasty and quite filling.
The beverages were fantastic too. The chamango was sooooo good, and the cucumber & pineapple agua fresca was refreshing. The ladies taking our order and preparing our food were very kind and sweet.
If you're exploring Old Town San Diego, go to Que Sazon!

Cozy Spot with Spicy Chicken Tortas
Tucked away from the big crowds, this cosy and friendly spot was a great find. I had the chicken torta: tasty meat, fresh veggies, and just the right kick of spiciness. Really satisfying overall!

Authentic Street-Style Mexican, Quick & Flavorful
My experience at this tiny spot, with less than 10 seats, was perfect for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying snack. I was blown away by how good everything tasted; it delivered exactly what you'd hope for in street-style Mexican – fresh, bold flavors with no fuss. As other reviews mention, the food here is consistently great.
It's ideal for grabbing a quick bite and enjoying it on the spot before continuing your day. I only managed to try a couple of items but am already eager to return and explore the entire menu. If I had more room, I'd still be eating!
It's a must-try if you're nearby, offering seriously good food in a small, no-frills setup. Don't expect fancy, just deliciousness.

Hard Churros and Long Wait
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for just two churros, and when they finally arrived, they were hard. The wait time was excessive, and the service was rated very low.

Best Buche in San Diego!
My experience at this taco place was fantastic! It's my favorite spot in all of San Diego, and nowhere else has better buche than here. The food was a perfect 5/5, and the service and atmosphere also received top marks of 5/5.
The only minor challenge was that parking was somewhat difficult to find. I visited for lunch.

Gigantic and Yummy Tortas!
My experience at the restaurant was great! I ordered one chicken torta and one lomo (pork) torta. Both were incredibly yummy and very filling.
The size of the tortas was gigantic; one could easily be enough for two people. They also conveniently came cut in half. I recommend ordering one torta for two people unless you are truly starving.
