The staff here work really hard, but they are taking way more orders than they can make. This results in an extreme wait time.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The pizza was expensive, and the cheese lacked flavor and had an undesirable texture. Additionally, there was too little tomato sauce. Overall, I found the food to be below average.

I went for a late dinner and got 2 2-topping slices and a fountain drink for $12. 99. The slices were large and tasted pretty good. The crust was on the thicker side and was chewy. The choice of toppings was nice, but the cheese was too much for me. Certainly not the best pizza I've had, but a decent one I wouldn't mind having again.

This pizza joint is a hidden gem and seriously underrated, especially for takeout. I consistently opt for the 2-slice deal for $11. 99, which includes two toppings. It's a great value and the pizza is consistently delicious. The customer service is also a highlight, being both friendly and attentive. I have no complaints about the pizza itself; it's always hot, fresh, and satisfying.

My experience at this restaurant was great, especially for its casual atmosphere and good pizza specials. It's primarily a take-out spot, but they do have a few tables and a small counter with bar stools, making it suitable for a quick bite. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score.

This is our neighborhood spot and we love it. The crust is puffy and chubby, which we love, and the toppings are always great. The employees are super nice.

I absolutely love this place! I'm going to tell you right now, I got this app called Slice, and Primo Pizza goes through a lot of pizza joints, but Primo Pizza is like the bomb. I love this place, I love their pizza. This is the big tall guy over here, I guess you guys are on the usually the first of the month, but I have been getting all sorts of pizzas and they do specials because they'll take suggestions. So if you're right in there, white sauce, no red sauce, you know, they'll hook you up. Then like after 10 pizzas, you get one free - 1 large cheese pizza. Great for when you just don't want to cook, lol. Never sick from here either. OMG, great pizza. Huge UFO-sized monster pizza. So big it doesn't fit in my freezer, lol. They're fast, the pizza is hot. I get my free cheese and added a cheese and pepperoni, lol. FPS-420-Pizza tonight!

My experience at Primo was exceptional, particularly regarding the value it offers, which is something I find lacking in many San Francisco restaurants. Primo truly demonstrates this deeply through its excellent service, the absence of nickel and diming, the generous amount of food, and the high quality of food. You simply do not get this level of value at any other restaurant in SF outside of Primo. It's a great establishment, and I hope more restaurants adopt its approach. Please don't change! I'm a big fan and will be a frequent customer.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The pizza was the best ever. The young girl who made it was so delicious. I had a pizza with pesto, mushrooms, and jalapenos poppers, and my companion had pineapple and pepperoni 🌶️ slices. I'm definitely going to buy another pizza from there soon 😀. Thank you so much!

I ordered a small cheese pizza through Door Dash at 1: 30 am. It was the most delicious pizza I have had in SF to date. With 40 years of experience owning pizza places in SF, I know what great pizza should taste like, and Primo Pizza delivers. They use incredibly delicious, high-quality mozzarella, and the dough was perfection. They even included old-school little packets of crushed red pepper & grated Parmesan. I LOVE THE pizza! It’s made with very high-end ingredients; you taste the difference from the first bite. The tomatoes were great, and the best went into making the sauce. The full milk mozzarella, high-end flour, and very low price for such high quality pizza make this place a gem. I am very happy to have found this place – so yummy, delicious, yummmm!
