My experience at Pizzalicious-Castro was extremely negative. I attempted to place a future order on their website, and they charged my account the full amount. On the day of my community event, they promised delivery between 5: 30 and 5: 40 pm, but the pizzas never arrived. When I called them, despite having an emailed receipt, they claimed they never received the order and offered no resolutions. This was a complete failure in service and order accuracy.

I had a very good experience at this restaurant. I live in San Jose and found a respectable Moroccan young man there who speaks Moroccan. I will definitely return whenever I visit Castro. I had a piece of the combo and a crepe, and it was amazing!

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The pizza itself was the highlight, with the crust being particularly noteworthy and much better than the toppings. However, the dining environment felt incredibly cramped and claustrophobic, more like a bathroom stall than a dining area. The service was also a significant letdown; the cashier was unfriendly and spoke loudly in his native tongue, even talking over another customer. I'd recommend bringing a friend, but be prepared for a tight squeeze.

The service was both fast and friendly. I would also highly recommend trying their Nutella & Strawberry crepes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a 5/5 experience!
